In this 30 min SAVAGE BODYWEIGHT HIIT we will have 2x blocks of exercises. Each Block contains 5x supersets and we will perform each superset without any rest in between. After each superset (2x 35 seconds) there will be a 20 seconds rest and we will go through each 5x supersets for 2x rounds in a row!
If you are an extreme die hard and would like to increase the volume of this HIIT, Perform this routine for 2x rounds (2x 30 min.) P.S. more Power to YOU!
