Get ready for a brand new full body, sweat sesh. Today you set the challenge. If it looks too easy, increase your weights or add high impact modifications to really test your endurance. For your reference I've opted to use a relatively light pair of 3kg dumbbells to keep my form in check. How did you get on?

Most workouts can be adapted to a more cortisol friendly routine but lower rep number. The aim of this training however is to improve cardiovascular endurance as well as strength so it might not be the best choice. I would recommend isolated training with lower rep count and tempo xx
