After the January challenge, it feels wrong if I don't exercise every day lol so what I did is look at the format which to me seems like Monday- 30 minute full body // Tuesday - 2 videos lower body // Wednesday - 2 videos core // Thursday - 15 minute dance & 1 song // Friday - usually 2 videos upper body // Saturday - 2 videos of mixed ex. fat burn hit or total core.. and Sunday - yoga/stretch. If you go on Mad's channel, there is a section with playlists and all the workouts are organized so just click on the day you're doing and pick two workouts from there! you can create your own calendar :) and thank you Maddie for doing this for us ❤️

Same here!!!!! I feel exactly the same! It's amazing how the january workout challenge change me and my daily routine!!!! I mean, yes, before Covid-19, I used to go to my gym but not everyday....Now each day I really need to exercise to feel better and stronger despite this situation of sanitary crisis....So yes, let's keeping our body and our mind healthy with Maddie :-)

I loved this style of workout! It was challenging and got me sweating without jumping around. I feel like I actually went to the gym. I have asthma so I have to be careful when it comes to cardio and HIIT workouts. Thank you for this killer workout video!

When you think you're quite fit, Maddie throws another exercise in that totally challenges you. It really shows the importance of varying the exercise routines in improving fitness. I am in love with MadFit! It saved me during COVID - I reshaped my arms by doing the 15 min exercises 2x a week...and now I need to work the rest of my body, so I am LOVING these total body workouts. I don't love the sweat that explodes off my face about 3/4 into the workout - I like to say that this is "fat leaving my body!" Been doing cardio for the past months but I haven’t been seeing differences in my body. I knew that I had to start doing weight training but I hate it. I started to follow your weight trainings and man were they fun and effective! I started having cuts and I didn’t have to be bored out of my mind doing weight reps. Do more of these styles, Maddie! I love how Maddie emphasizes proper form so much in her videos. It's so important to getting the full benefits of the workout and preventing injury. Oye. My goal for 2021 is to be a “morning person” and not crawl out of bed 10 minutes before needing to log into work. Failed all of January. Finally woke up “on time” yesterday and got a decent workout in. Woke up this morning and was NOT wanting to get out of bed. It’s currently snowing in Kansas and I was so comfy in bed. Decided to get on RU-vid and saw this video. It gave me the motivation I needed to get out of bed and get moving! Thank you for your videos and positivity!

I like this style of training: coordination, balance, strengthening. For me with knees as a weak point, doing a pushup on one knee really hurts, even with 3 thick mats underneath, enough to affect the depth of my squats after that. I would advise against having that part of that exercise, Maddie. Thanks for all the workouts! I appreciate it.

I have tried to get into working out many times over the years and never could do it. May 2020 I started working out once or twice a week doing one of your workouts, and here I am almost a year later and I haven't stopped! I've had hiccups along the way but I now aim to do 35-45 mins of your workouts 3 times a week and my body is feeling better than ever! I feel stronger, healthier and it helps me to get my anxiety under control too. Thank you so much for providing these workouts for free, it's improved my health in so many ways! You're the best x

I have done this workout a number of times in the past. A couple of the exercises were always very challenging. The past 2 weeks I was traveling. I walked, hiked, swam, but did not workout for 2 weeks. Now that I am home, I just finished this routine and it was noticeably more difficult. Hopefully I will return to my workout regime of 4x/week and, hopefully will regain my strength and stamina. Thank you so much for all your varied workouts. They--and you--have helped me maintain my physical fitness throughout COVID.

I'm a 62 yo woman who has had several health challenges over the years. I keep moving and work out 5 -6 x per week. I started following you about 2 years ago. I do this full body and one of your other ones in combination with one of your flexibility workouts or with a 30 min spin. I love them. Your presentation is accessible and you have excellent instruction. 2 years ago coming off a total shoulder and total hip replacement, I could only get through 1 set. Now I get through 2 sets and have increased to using the 8 pound weights for several exercises. there are a couple I need to modify because of my shoulder or hip restrictions but nothing lost. For any constructive feedback, if you were able to provide alternatives or modifications for your low weight, low impact workouts that would be great. Thank you.

I have built up so much strength since starting your workouts in mid-2020. Your technique and coaching viewers to apply proper technique are flawless. And you have the perfect temperament and tone in your voice instructions (i.e. not a lot of chatter or extras, just simple instruction and guidance). Been doing your workouts for a few years- they are always great and different. This series has helped me while I'm COVID+ as it is easy for me to adjust, gives me a good sweat, helps me not go crazy while I'm having to stay home!

LOVED this one! I’ve lost 11 lbs (baby weight) since January when I started your videos. I do then 1-3x per week. These workouts keep my knees happy after a decade+ of playing rugby. You’re great - keep this style coming please!

I've been doing your workouts for a few weeks now and I absolutely love them! Man do I get sweaty, but they push me to do moves I didn't think I could do! I feel fitter and happier already! Will keep up doing the workouts! Even my kids join in! Essex, UK 🇬🇧

I have been doing this workout at least once a week for the past few weeks and I LOVE it. It gets my heart rate up into the cardio zone and even though I feel myself getting stronger and able to keep up with you more, it STILL gets my heart rate up. Thank you so much!!!

This was my first postpartum workout (3.5 months) and I had no issues with my c-section! (I tried it without weights but will use the weights next time!) Thank you Maddie! :)

One of the reasons I really love your workouts is that you actually talk to us through the workout, helping guide us with position and motivating me while I'm working out; other sites just play music during the workout and I follow along without that personal trainer touch. Great workout - I like that you added a new twist to some familiar exercises. Happy New Year!

Maddie thank you so much!! I've been doing your workouts religiously for the past 2 months & I can definitely see the difference! I work from home & I always squeeze one or two of your workouts into my lunch hour lol 10/10 recommend for anybody who needs a challenge or just a quick boost of energy throughout the day!! p.s. I've lost 10 lbs so far!! My goal is to lose 15 more to finally reach my goal weight of 165! I always plateau around this stage so let's see if I can do it this time!

This one gave me a good sweat, I like the exercises but I find the narrow squat with weights out to the side was a bit uncomfortable for my posture so I just did the squats and lifted the weights above my head instead. the sumo squat with the 3 rows was good but omg the hips are tight y’all, even though I stretch often. Defiantly need to do a warm up before this one. Thank you again mad .xx

I was a bit skeptical for the first few exercises (thought 5lbs 🙄)...BUT NOW IM DYING IN ROUND TWO 😆 💪🏽 sweating shaking and taking 15 more seconds per break! When will I stop doubting you @madfit 💙 thanks girl it was a great start to the day and just what I needed 😜💙
