This is one of my favourite yoga videos on youtube. I did it for the first time a few years back when I had just started doing yoga. Did it today again and I remembered it perfectly, easily flowing through the poses. Thank you for the practice! Namaste
I've been practicing this flow for nearly four years, with occasional jogging. It changed my life literally. Just find thing you enjoy!! I wasn't even bothered with the fact that i'm doin same thing over and over, it was enjoyment, thank you
I do this class three times a week at home, as I am currently suffering from bronchitis and do not have the strength to attend regular yoga class. It really restores me. Also, I use it when I am traveling to conferences in cramped hotel rooms when it is hard to find a yoga class. It is a perfect, gentle quick class. Thank you so much for this!
I would still consider myself a beginner at yoga and I've been practicing several of your videos on here. I love combining the 10-15 min practices to tailor my experience to my needs. This particular practice has been really great for me. I was an athlete all through my younger years and since moving to China have really gotten out exercising every day and lost most of my strength and flexibility. This practice has not only boosted my confidence, but helped take away many areas of tension and pain from past injuries by strengthening the joints and muscles. I love this video and will continue to do it in conjunction with some of the other videos too! Thanks so much for posting and sharing your passion with the rest of us. :)
Jo GoGo Wow thanks so much for sharing your experience with the videos. I really appreciate you taking the time to leave a message and share feedback. Do let me know if you ever have a video request. Happy to help if I can :)
Excellent video! Clear directions, soft spoken voice that was rather pleasing! I also enjoyed that there wasn't any music. Good lighting nice production value. Thank you for your generosity and kindness!
Man no kidding about the "feel good" part. Everything hurt after a long day at work & this completely refreshed me. Going in my hall of fame for later use!! ;) thank you!!
Save the Bookworms This is my favorite post ever - thank you for the kind words!!!! I'm so glad you felt great after this. I'd also like to extend an invite to come check out the YBC Yoga Forum - it's a fun new place I just launched where likeminded yoga people are coming together to chat about everything from pigeon poses to playlists. Come! www.forum.yogabycandace.com
Christine Clear Thanks, Christine! I intentionally decided not to do music over practices because when I was practicing with youtube years ago I loved just being able to put my own music on at home and I figured people could do that with my videos, too. Glad to hear you like the decision!! :)
it's hard to find a yoga video with a soothing voice. this is the perfect morning yoga. it transitions from easy, to medium, to complex, back to medium and then calm down meditation. I play calming music in the background with candace's voice in the background and it's perfect! Thank you I will continue using this for years to come
Great sequence, explained simple and nice- your voice is calm, your language is clear and you speak exactly what is needed and not more than that. I enjoyed it!
i started doing yoga with your Videos to find a way to destress and relax!!! and i literally love your routines!!!!! I hope you keep doing yoga Videos for a long Time!!!!!!
+Miu Ming Thank you so much, I'm so glad to hear you enjoy the yoga videos! This is one of my favorites yoga videos on RU-vid! (If not my very favorite!) I love the variety of poses!! Thank you - it will definitely be repeat for me.
ive done just about all your videos (over and over and over) but this one has to be my favorite. such a nice flow, and i always feel so good after it. thank you
This is really great for me! Haven't done yoga for about a year (pregnancy) and this is perfect to get me going in the morning. I add a candle in the end as my neck really hurts in the morning. Already done it 4 times and still enjoy it a lot. Thank you for sharing!
I look for a variety of yoga videos for my library, and this is one that I come back to regularly. Beautiful flow, good duration, and Candace's instruction and tone of voice are just what I need to feel invigorated for my day. Highly recommend!
This is great! I feel invigorated and renewed. This is the best yoga channel I've found on youtube so far! It is well paced, just the right amount of challenge and easy to follow. You also do a great job of doing each side of the body evenly. It annoys the crap out of this perfectionist when instructors don't do both sides. Thank you so much!
+R Jones Well I definitely have a video or two where I have messed up and forgotten one side - please don't hate me if you stumble upon it. Its just that youtube 'punishes' people who take down videos so I have to leave them up.... but glad to hear you liked this one!
Thank you...I have practiced yoga in a studio on and off for 18 years. I have never found an online practice that I could stick to, until yours!...I love Yoga by Candace. I notice when I don't do your practice daily....I've also pre-ordered your book, Namaslay. Looking forward to it. Thank you!
Thank you very much for this great yoga session! Some of the poses were hard for me to do, and some were really good! I am flexible on some poses, and not so flexible on others. I needed a heart opening, and I feel really good now! Thank you, namaste! 🙏🏻
Hi! I am a beginner. Do this almost everyday. For healing and relaxation plus I am recovering from chronic shoulder pain. You are the best Candace. My name is Clarice by the way and not Renee (my 8 yo daughter changed my name!). We are from Sabah Malaysian Borneo.
your voice is so calming... sometime i just click on a video just to listen to practice (I realize this sounds creepy, i dont mean it to be) i just find it soothing..
This yoga sequence made me feel calm afterwards! :D Your instructions are clear and you talk in a calm matter. I like the fact that it was more challenging until about 24 min in and then more stretchy moves fore the whole body.
Great yoga routine! I really liked the fact that ut challenged the body and ended with more stretching and relaxing moves. Could you do more yoga videos like this? (20-30 min)
Absolutely beautiful flow. I felt so good afterwards. I also felt that some transitions were a bit too fast for me, but I just paused the video in between. Thank you Candace!
I recently discovered you videos and I love them! Have been home practicing for a year and a half now and I definitely think your videos are one of the best!
+0o0TheQueenBee0o0 Thank you so much for the kind words! So glad you found the vids. Be sure to download the app (it's free!) - yogabycandace (search without any spaces). If you review it, send a screenshot to @ybc_lauren on twitter and she'll send you a link for downloading a yoga class right to your device. Thanks again for the sweet words!
Really enjoyed this video, I appreciate how you verbalize the movements right before you do them, that makes everything much easier to follow! I have been trying yoga for maybe two months now and its shameful how badly my legs still shake with certain moves, even just attempting to hold them straight up while lying on the floor, but again you have wonderful videos so I'll be utilizing more of these to practice :)
I can't tell you how beneficial this sequence is for me! Whenever I am feeling groggy or unmotivated, this video opens me up and provides the energy that I need :) Your videos are great Candace, thank you!~Namaste.
This was great, Candace, thank you! Some transitions happened a little more quickly than I wanted them to, but I definitely feel like this is a flow I could commit to memory and set my own timeline in!
This video is nice and challenging in all the right ways. I also like it more after I noticed your dog, halfway through the practice. And it made me laugh when your dog sat right up as he was resting when you had a kind of "thump" in the middle xD
Candace, Just wanted to let you know you know that I love your sequence! I've done this twice, and it's great. Also, love the poochie and how you had to hold the laugh back on the drop! Funny! Thank you:)
Joseph Steger Hey Joseph! Thanks for taking the time to let me know you enjoyed this sequence! It's one of my personal favorites because it really just feels so good! :) I've been away from my dog for three months and I get to see him in THREE days when I finally go home - I cannot wait! :)
Loved this! I watch all your videos but this has to be my favorite so far. And its so nice that you are actually moving for 30 minutes instead of 25 and 5 for shavasana.
Thanks for share with us this lesson I watched and practiced with the same yoga lesson for a while and I've been quite lazy to try a new one eventually I did and rather than stress me out, because of new poses, I found your lesson very good. Thank you again
This week I found one of your videos and decided to test it out since I haven't done yoga since November and I absolutely love doing yoga with you. Its not too slow nor too fast and it's so relaxing. My body feels so stress free after which is wonderful after classes.
Thank you, Great video ! especially for someone like me who hates doing any core. You integrated it in really subtly so that I barely noticed ! Had to pause a few times because it was a bit fast for me in places but otherwise fantastic :)
This video was great! I haven't done yoga in a shamefully long time and this has really helped to reignite the fire I once had for it. Thanks so much; you've gained a viewer/subscriber! (:
Lucy P. Weeks I'm so glad you enjoyed, Lucy. Feel free to check out the YBC Yoga Forum, where likeminded yoga people are connecting over all sorts of interesting things: www.forum.yogabycandace.com
