In this 30 Min HIGH IMPACT Bodyweight HIIT Workout (ADVANCED) we will have a 4x bundle of 5x exercises for 2x Rounds (20x movements in total). We will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and there will be a 15 second rest in between.
Attention: This can be a super intense workout!
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:

3.Front Lunge - Burpee
4.Leg Around The World Hip Lift
5. Half Burpee Sit - Calf Raise

6.4x M.C. Leg Through
7.Door Kick Jumping Lunge
8. V-Hold Scissor Frog Crunch
9. Hover Push Up Leg Lift (Out & In)
10.Sumo Tap Down Reach Up

1.Front Lunge - Rev H. Walk Jump
2.X-Push up Knee Tuck

For a “challenging” workout no you don’t need weights! But for strengthening the muscles and in order to have a decent foundation ,strength routines with weights are essential for sure! For example I used to have a lot of knee issues in the past because I was not having a decent strength routine for the legs😅

Thank God it is a Bodyweight HIIT Workout day, still yet to recover from muscle soreness from yesterday's workout. In this 30 minutes, the only thing in my mind was kept breathing and what's next movement, it actually help me letting go some of those negative thought. Thank you Daniel.

Thank you for this awesome bodyweight HIIT workout!!! I’d been hesitant to incorporate these because the ones I’ve done have been uninspiring for some reason. Not this one!!! Between the moves and the music, I got a great workout and had a great time doing it. I was feeling spicy so I threw in a bosu ball for the planks, and they added just that little bit extra that I needed. Thanks again!!!

Daniel, greetings from Russia! I have been doing various high intensity workouts for about 1 year now. I was looking for new workouts on RU-vid, and quite by accident I came across your channel. Honestly, I thought that I was already very well prepared for any hard training, but ... How wrong I was)) I saw the word "Hell" in the title of one of the workouts, and I thought: "Oh, this is what I need. Surely a tough workout, I need to do it." I almost died at the end of this workout))) It was very hard. I will say more - it was the hardest workout that I did to date. Again, I was already trained at that time, and had good endurance. Immediately after that, I subscribed to your channel, and realized that all the workouts from other bloggers that I had done before were not as difficult as yours. The complexity and pace of your workouts got me hooked)) I have already done about 10 different workouts of yours (without equipment, HIIT), I have not been able to complete only the "Double savage" workout so far. I had to pause it a couple of times to restore my breath, but I will return to it again after a while! I want to thank you so much for sharing your workouts with all of us! Please post workouts without equipment (HIIT) as often as possible)) They are super)) I wrote a lot, but I really wanted to thank you)) Many thanks! Good luck in everything!

Whew....my least favorite style of workout, the Bodyweight HIIT. It wasn't as dreadful as I imagined. I actually enjoyed parts of it.....I loved the burpee variations and body roll jump. The push-up variations were another story. Ugh.... Great Workout!!! I tell myself "practice makes better"
