In this 30 min SAVAGE FULL BODY HIIT workout we will have 2x blocks of workout. Each block contains 2x 4x exercises for two rounds in a row followed by a double exercises also for 2x rounds as a Finisher. We Will perform each exercise for 35 seconds and will have a 15 second rest.
After the first block there will be a 5- seconds water- break
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:

So much leg burn. My hamstrings were on fire on the last two finishers. I was tired and almost picked a slower workout but decided to go with this instead and I'm really glad I did! I really enjoy repeating moves! I also love finishers. This workout kicked my butt! Thank You 😊

I don't struggle with the cardio requirement anymore, but I do struggle with coordination every time in the combination exercises in the last rounds. Just no oxygen left for the brain i'll gues, so its still challenging :D
