30 Min COMPACT FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout | No Repeat | No Jump

In this 30 Min COMPACT FULL BODY KETTLEBELL Workout | No Jump | No Repeat we will have a 6x bundle of 5x movements in total targeting the entire body . we will have a mixture of isolation, compound and abs/core movements. Each movement will be performed for 45 seconds long and there will be 20 seconds rest in between.
The kettlebells that I am Using:
20KG (Purple on the Left )
16KG (Yellow in the Middle)
12KG (Blue on the Right)

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier kettlebells and/or increasing the volume of the workout by doing this routine for 2x rounds in a row.

Once again my expectations are exceeded. I thought oh 30 minute just kettlebell sounds like it might be one of your easier videos. I was looking for something without jumping today. Well turns out this thoroughly kicked my butt in the best way! Thanks Daniel for keeping these creative full body kettlebell workouts coming! The only other RU-vid trainer I watch that can come close to your videos is Caroline Girvan. But I've been doing your videos exclusively since I have found them! Thank you 🙏🏼 💪🏼💪🏼

Wirklich ein super Training. Wo auch ich als Anfänger gut mitmachen konnte. Natürlich mit leichteren Gewichten. Am besten finde ich, dass sich einfach auf das Wesentliche konzentriert wird und einfach mal nichts gesprochen wird. Danke für deine Videos. Lg Franziska

Only discovered you recently and I absolutely love your workouts . Is it possible to treat us people with bad knees with a full body training with NO LUNGES ? I love your workout but I always have to skip lunges, and there is alot of lunges in your videos Thank you ❤❤❤❤

Fabulous, dripping in sweat. I have the same kettlebell weights as you and did need to go down e.g. from 16 to 12kg on some of the moves but I could do some weight for weight with you. Had a great workout that's the main thing! Thank you Daniel as ever.
