Hey Emi, I wish you'd speak and accompany the workout drills with voice guidance and commentary here! Please continue the videos where yo explain each exercise, countdown, and provide motivation throughout. Makes the workout a lot more fun, accurate, less quiet and motivational.
I dislike the voice guidance and prefer the seamless transitions. Thanks, Emi. For all of youse that require this guidance, there is so much content out there. It’s about preference not the instructor.

Hey Emi! I’ve been following your videos for YEARS! They help me with military training, yet keep me slim and strong without being bulky. But I have always loved your perfect amount of commentary. You explain workouts, then motivate at just the hardest moments. Between that, and the timers you’ve always used, it’s been what’s set you apart from other workout videos for me. It’s what I love about yours and why I recommend you to sooo many other people - old and young. If this is your new style, I understand. But I just wanted to give you the feedback that how you’ve done your videos for years in the past has been what sets you apart and has been why I, personally, have always stuck with you. ❤
I have never done more than a 10 min abs video and man was this a great challenge!! I actually really liked that there wasn’t much voiceover, it was a lot easier to focus with the music. Thank you so much Emi!!! I hope you are happy and healthy😁

Congratulation on your achievement! One Ques - How do you balance and cardio with long exercises, i started with 15 minutes its now 2 months i do 10 minute cardio for a warm up 15 min 11 line abs + 1 minute and cool down stretch. But my results are very slow may be building some muscles and losing less fat. So i want to ask you how u balance your workouts to get good output, might be a great help

This is my first time doing it! Honestly I was quite scared since up until now I've only done a 20 min workouts from Emi but hoorayy I've done it! I hope I'll continue improving

But i can assume it because i kept eating snacks and junk 😭 but I'll honestly say if go with a nice or even a normal diet, this will surely work. And out of topic, i did thr thigh workout too for a month and I DO FEEL SOME RESULTS! Like my thighs feels lighter and even though they are still toooo thick but i can sense it's working! Please work hard and go with a nicer diet it'll surely work
I haven't been able to work out for like a month and lost a lot of my abs........ the 10-15min long ab workouts were NOT gonna give me my abs back quickly. thank god I found this 30min long one. 😩😩

I have Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Please a make a video of exercises in which a person doesn’t have to use his palm ✋ or any kind of pressure on hands. Else, I just love your workouts and I’ve lost 16 kgs in 3.5 months
me too, just use my fists intead of palms to support my body. though it's not comfortable at first but I have no problem finishing most of the workouts so far. and I'm considering using a pair of dumbbells. might be a better solution.

Emi, you should speak again in your vedios, guiding us throughout. Your vedios with your voice included feels so incomplete. And please Could you add one or two cool down stretches after such long workout ???
I just don't like the music 🙁 it was very dark for the exercise.. it was not uplifting my mood rather demotivating me.. I am trying to regularly stick to exercise routines that I can move on 😞
Great ab workout with good variety (I get bored easily). I like the video guides preceding every set as well as the timer beeps, which cue me to resume when I am getting an active rest in. Also, those puppy dogs are hilarious😂. They had me cracking up. Thanks, Emi! Solid video.

Hi emi. I like your workouts. But except for a few, most exercises are easy to do and easy to finish. So I wanted to ask if these workout are as effective as the tough ones. I like doing them but I have doubts about the effectiveness.
Love how you don't talk during the workout, but really hate how you lower the music so we can hear the beeps. It ruins my ability to let my mind wander into the song and forget I'm working out. A digital beep over top would be much better IMO
I think women understand each other better when they talk more.Several times I didn’t know when to start and when stop cause she spoke justone word rest,exercise 😂
