You have no idea how much I appreciate you going straight into the workout without all the intro fluff. It’s also nice to see you struggling at times because the workout is hard and we are all human. Thank you so much for this amazing workout, instantly subscribed!!
Thanks for that comment - really appreciate it and I’m glad you’re enjoying the workouts. I’m here for the same reason as you … to keep active and stay in shape. Glad you’re along for the journey my friend 👊🏼
Dude! Your videos are absolutely PERFECT. No irritating rap, no babbling or yelling "Cmon you got this", no ridiculous women in work out clothes 3 sizes too small to get views, a pleasant and nondistracting background and zero wasted time! I'm hooked!
Came across this and this is the best I have seen so far... Wow..I'm out of breath..no much talking..music all the way through..no much adverts... Great
@@TIFFxDAN Well I did take another rest day and my gym closed today so I did this again. Feeling great, thanks for this and looking forward to more of your programs!
LOVED IT. I'm 61 years old and made it all the way thru. I have subscribed and look forward to many more workouts with you. What a way to end your day. Awesome Sauce!
This workout might be 2yrs ago, but I can testify it still bites just as much today 🥵. I didn’t think I was going to complete it, but surprisingly I did. Thank you for the challenge 👏🏽💪🏽. Lovvvvvve your work ☺️.
By far the best dumbbell hiit routine I’ve seen and straight to the point. We know why we are here and what’s about to go down! How many times a week would you recommend hiit routines be done?
I think this is the best dumbbell hiit workout on RU-vid. This one was very very hard and sweaty. But I had a lot of fun and all exercises are easy to follow. And it was fast. My heart was running but I feel very satisfied after doing this one. Thanks!
I posted your link on a fitness group on Facebook with thousands of members. After showing my before after pics of progress. People asked what I did to get progress- I said follow this guy. Appreciate the straight to the point workouts
Breathless, every routine feels so good to the body. Very well structured 30 minutes. Absolutely loved it. Thank you for sharing your expertise globally. We are so blessed to be able to workout from home. Great team work to Tiff and Dan’s team
Great video, respect for not cutting out the scenes you got gassed. Shows a lot of character and made me a fan. Will try to do your videos at least once every 2 days, but hopefully once a day. Ps I think your clock was broken during that last 5 minutes, felt like it wasn't moving at all 🤨🤨
Amazing workout! I came to RU-vid for a dumbbell workout. With my kids home for summer, it's hard to get into the gym. I used -15-25 lb dumbbells throughout the workout. I did have to pause the video a few times to catch my breathe. I ended up burning 350 calories! The sweat was real! Best at home workout yet! Thank you so much! Instant fan!
Almost 2 weeks since I've been doing this and I literally can see changes. My biceps and strength changed drastically. Thank you!! Will keep doing this until I reach my goal.
The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me ru-vid.comUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
@@TIFFxDAN still doing this exercise and I’m much closer to completing it than I was before! It still kills me, my heart rate peaked at 190 and I burned almost 500 calories. I think this is my favourite RU-vid workout @tiff x dan
Oh wow mate that was a very lovely work out. I’ve followed your hit workouts for a few months but have just brought some dumbbells so that I can follow the 6 week shred. This is now my favourite hit workout. Awesome work ❤🎉
My buddies were making fun of me a couple months ago when I told them I was watching you on RU-vid as a way of motivation to get fit. Now I got a solid and visible six pack. All it takes is determination, consistency and hard work. It’s your body so why not go for it and achieve your goals. Thanks so much
I survived in this workout again. I love your workout as every exercise is different and the duration is just nice (as least not exhausted). Really enjoyed every sweat that burned while watching your video. 👍👍👍💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻
Great workout. I enjoyed doing it. Times fly so fast. It's useful for me due to my hectic schedule. It feels like 1 hour workout. Im sweating profusely and I love it. Thank you so much Dan
I did this workout this morning and it totally wore me out in the best way! I have done several of your videos on rotation and really appreciate your content. I love the timer, the percentage bar, the music, your demonstration.....it's all excellent, thank you!!
I really appreciate your energetic music. Some exercise RU-vidrs use very ghetto rap or R&B and he just drains all my energy out. I can’t even listen to it. Thank you so much for your upbeat music.❤
As we get caught up on comments we keep seeing your generosity... thank you! Truly. Feeling incredibly grateful for our amazing community of people like YOU. Thank you for being here and thank you for all your support. You're the best. 🙏🏼
@@TIFFxDAN As a 250 lbs fatty, it is so refreshing to finally see a fit guy struggle when working out. I just tried this workout just now and i'm sweating like a pig but damn it feels good. My body is gonna hurt tomorrow that's for sure 😁
@sarah rose are you doing these exercises?? I am 245 lbs too and i was searching for more of a beginner's HIIT workouts with dumbbells.. this looks impossible.. i can try but i don't think i can do it cleanly.. 😭
Just found you guys and started subscribing 👌 love the fact that you out what weight you're using and the pace is perfect. I'll admit the only way I could keep up was rocking my 15lb's and 25 lb's at heaviest
I found this video in my work out notebook, I did it exactly one year ago, with a 10kg (22Lb) kettlebell and cannot finish it and even threw up ( I was 20Kg (44Lb) overweigh and weak) reading and seing this, today I did it again with a 16Kg(32Lb) kettlebell, and Oh boy, felt like just a warm-up I could easily double the session, made me really proud of myself
Brilliant workout mate. Much better and exciting compared to the mainstream HIIT workouts where they make you do brainless jumping. And importantly this one helps you build strength as well. Keep up the great work 🙏!
I'm a gym guy who thought he is strong enough but this training is challenging even with less dumbells weights. Just finished it and feel exhausted. Thank you Dan
What i love about this is that I clocked in 400+ calories by doing this. Provided that i wasnt able to finish all the exercises esp the ones at the end. If I did it may really reach 500 calories
Awesome job Don! The killer hit workout was great I used 20lb next time I will try to go up because you were killing it. Please bring Tiff with you on the next workout. Appreciate you so much I will continue to workout with you I’m I will not quit. Good work! God bless
Found your channel about a month ago and happy I did. I enjoy your workouts. For the past two days I have missed the workouts due to my work schedule. So I was thinking today what workout should I do? Legs, upper body or abs, Hey how about this 30 min. HIIT workout with dumbbells'. Obviously I missed the "killer" part in the title. I did this workout using 30 lbs and 20 lbs dumbbells'. I was thinking there was going to be a 40 second break in between a set so I kept going. That pushed me to complete this workout on time. Great HIIT workout. I will continue to come back to this one. I also like the no repeat type of workouts, because it keeps my mind fresh and willing to take on a new challenge. I appreciate the work you are giving us.
@@TIFFxDAN I'm 61 years old and your workouts are keeping me in the best shape as I can be in and energized through out the day. Living in South Carolina I lose about 5 lbs of sweat each work out. I enjoy your variety of workouts, both using weights and body weights. My goal is to complete all of your workouts. Thanks for keeping me motivated!!!
I couldn’t do the very last one. My thighs are in bits and it’s been 6 hours hours since I did it. This’ll be my go to 3x’s a week from now on. Brilliant
Thank your for this. Still, years later, recovering from a broken neck and severe atrophy on my right side (basically have a 5 year old right triceps) this is perfect - even though I modify a lot, it’s kicks my butt!
It looks great. One question please: I am pretty new to the workout and youtube playlists. It looks like the videos don't start with a warmup and don't finish with a cooldown (stretching). but i was told it is important to do both before and after. Do you have a link for a warmup and cooldown routines that I an follow before each of your video? Thanks!
Yoooo..... im addicted to this workout... I have been doing this for 2 months now.... I just keep increasing the weight and its a brand new workout feel after... highly recommended!
Excellent set of exercises, more power to you man ✌🏻 But one important question - can we do this 30 min workout on a daily basis / 5 times a week ? Won’t the muscles need rest?
