We are combining strength and cardio for a no-equipment hybrid workout to build muscle and burn fat! This is all low impact and knee-friendly workout for an intense push! We will also be following a no-repeat superset format which will make the 30 minutes fly by! This is a full-body workout, so we will be combining multiple muscle groups throughout each round!
During our strength and cardio supersets, aim to keep a moderate to quick pace while marinating good form to build muscle and cardio endurance! This is a full-body workout, so we will be combining multiple muscle groups throughout each round!

Thanks for the video! I love how you make them fun and informative! I prefer your videos because you explain the how and whys of every workout, which helps maintain a proper technique. It's also not boring at all because you talk to the viewer and it really does feel like having an exercise buddy! So it feels a lot less like a chore compared to just mindlessly working out in silence. I also like that you propose alternatives for folks who might need something less intense. I'll be subscribing for sure!

Whew, what a sweaty workout, but it was different . I love using the weights, but just using our body without weights was great too. The planks and mountain climbers really tested my arms and abs. Fantastic workout and I must say I don't know how you do this being pregnant? I've been pregnant 5 times and looking back, I know I couldn't have exercised then. All my children are in their 40s and 50s and none of them like exercise and neither do my grandkids. So sad. 😢

Oh my God, I shouldn't have pressed this workout after a day of strength training, thinking it was a no-equipment day. Not a big deal. Boy, was I wrong! I couldn't keep up with a pregnant lady. What’s wrong with me? 😂 Great workout, Kaleigh! Love that cute little bump. 😍❤️

I really liked the workout but had a hard time with all the pressure on the wrists. Had to skip last set as my wrists could not take anymore

I have a wrist issue as well, I’ll do the exercises like fire hydrants and planks down on my forearms, it helps a lot. Maybe try that?
