Loved this!! This was a weight training and barre fusion for lower body. Awesome! More focuses fusions or super intense barre for lower body please 😉 you are the best

This was a killer! I'm glad you mentioned no ankle weights, can cause damage- I had mine on..and then off quickly, lol. I love no repeats and moves that help strengthen us as we age. It's so important, especially for women. Stay well🌺

These legs and butt will be standing firm😂..oh wow...I had jello legs..they literally died..I had to talk myself though this one..a really good one. *i felt the burn with the weights for sure but that bodyweight section on the ground was both hard and satisfying at the same time! over 300 calories burned!*

Using those heavy weights for 50 seconds long really gets that heart pumping! Needed a couple of breaks during the first half. Legs are on 🔥

I am crazy for selecting this after 40 mins of sprint intervals. This is a different burn even the exercises without weights. Gee..I need to do this again as it stimulates different muscle fibers

Wow, that was an awesome lower body workout. Love the formatting with the weights and the bands and the bodyweight burner at the end. Really felt those legs burning.

Love your workouts! The compound moves are great. I would like it if you could post what exercise setting you use on your watch before starting the exercise. Sometimes you mention it at the end of workouts only to find out I didn’t use the correct setting. And sometimes it’s in the comments.
