I do not comment on videos often, but I felt the need to comment on this one. I have been trying to do a gentle morning yoga routine for ages now & this one is just perfect for me. Your voice is also super calming. I look forward to using this video daily.

Namaskar.. Ad hataane ke liye shukriya..🔥 Kya aap mujhe bata sakte hai ki yog karte waqt hamara dhyan kaha hona chahiye? Saas par ya aawazo par.. ya present moment par.. ya body par.. ya 1.5 feet saamne dhyan hona chahiye? Bataiyga please

योग का मतलब है जुड़ना ताकि वो आपके वर्तमान में रखें , वर्तमान में मन नहीं होता और हमारी ऊर्जा बर्बाद नहीं होती........ आसन अभ्यास में शरीर की स्थिति , सांस और हर आसन की दृष्टि को लेकर जो सूत्र है उसपर ध्यान लगाएं .... आभार नमस्ते
