In this 30 Min No Equipment Bodyweight HIIT Workout, we will have 36 movements of a mixture of cardio strength and explosive strength, engaging the entire body. We will be performing each movement for 35 seconds and we will have a 15 seconds rest. After the first 18 movements there will be a 30 second water break. At the end of the workout we will have a short afterburner as well.
