In this 30 Min No Equipment Bodyweight HIIT Workout, we will have 36 movements of a mixture of cardio strength and explosive strength, engaging the entire body. We will be performing each movement for 35 seconds and we will have a 15 seconds rest. After the first 18 movements there will be a 30 second water break. At the end of the workout we will have a short afterburner as well.
Let’s go!

Daniel's bodyweight workouts are pure 🔥. The finisher/afterburner was insane!! Completing this mind-blowing workout is a true test of one's fitness! If you're able to complete this consider yourself in the top 10% in your age group without any doubt 💪🏼👊🏼

Love a hard workout with burpees! I know you have a thing for those scorpions and they've always been on my "no" list but I did them today. No clue what got into me but I decided to give them a whirl and guess what, REALLY enjoyed that move!! Thanks for a great workout.

I am subscribed to Daniel's HomeGym but still do his RU-vid workouts because I like variety, and I like not repeating/ memorizing videos. That way I always I don't know what's coming next and the time goes faster. I was going to choose this or a HomeGym hiit video. I saw your comment that the "big break" is only 30 seconds and decided to do the HomeGym video 😅🤣 But rest assured I'll do this video one of these days lol.

I gave this a like, but for me I found some of the combination exercises a bit difficult to follow for a HIIT. I spent too much time staring at the screen trying to work out the sequence! Your workouts are excellent though, I hope you don't mind the feedback.
