In this 30 minute KOMBAT Bodyweight HIIT Workout we will be having two blocks of workout. Each Block contains a 2x bundle of 4x exercises for two rounds in a row and as a finisher a superset for 2x rounds in a row! We Will be performing each exercise for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest between the exercises. After the first block there will be a 50 second water-break.
Please make sure to do a proper warming up before starting the workout:

It's always way too damn hard. But I persist. I don't think I will ever in my life be able to do this without heavy modification. But thank you for the exercises anyway. I love them and I hate them. Like much of life.

This was the killer!!!! Super tough and the toughest ever! 2 x set of Finishers? Are you kidding me?! Well, at least they were not burpees with flip overs, that's already good! But they were the leg killers! The first part was super intense that completely wore me out... Your creativity is just mind blowing! Fantastic workout! Thanks!!!
