In this 30 minute KOMBAT Bodyweight HIIT Workout we will be having two blocks of workout. Each Block contains a 2x bundle of 4x exercises for two rounds in a row and as a finisher a superset for 2x rounds in a row! We Will be performing each exercise for 35 seconds and with 15 seconds rest between the exercises. After the first block there will be a 50 second water-break.
