Wow. I actually burned up a full body sweat. This was a perfect workout. Gentle and low impact, but still challenging and rewarding. Thank you, Olivia. I would love more of these low impact pilates with weights workouts. Would really love it if you developed a 2-week fat burning challenge, 30 minute workouts, pilates x weights!

I have been doing German Volume Training (GVT) all week and decided to follow up today's workout with this one. I never thought I would sweat as much as I did just using 6.25# weights! Looking forward to more of these types of workouts!

oh my gosh this workout was AMAZING!!! i don’t usually enjoy or do pilates workouts often as my body is quite stiff and some pilates moves i find painful and difficult but this one was so good. i swapped curtsy’s for normal lunges as curtsy’s tend to irritate my knees and had to use lighter weights for some of the moves but i enjoyed it so much thank you ❤ 😊

Great workout. Not feeling 100% atm and due on soon so no energy. This was nice to do. I used 2.5kg as don’t have 3kg but still felt good.

Yes!! Another great workout. Love these "slow and steady wins the race" kind of classes 🤗 would perhaps have wished for a bit longer pauses just to have the time to get into the upcoming position (especially when moving up and down from the floor). But a LOVELY workout!! ❤
