My 10-year-old joined me on this one. I was so proud. We cheered each other on. And now he knows what jelly arms feel like. The toughest was the skull crushers. Keep the dumbbell workouts coming! Thanks, Tom! My son: it was hard my muscles fell like jelly the hardest workout was probably the one behind the head.
Hey Tom! Thank you for providing this workout. It’s the second time I’ve tried it and I can say it’s a great shoulder and arm workout. I’m pretty much drained after. I will say the hardest workout I was struggling with was the drag curl. It’s an odd movement to get used to. I went down to the lowest weight possible just so I could get the movements correct. Anyways thank you again for sharing this. I’ll definitely continue to use it.

Great workout! Find it difficult to do W-raises but managed to finish the workout. Please do some body weight only exercise, for someone who doesn’t have the equipment. Thank you

Let me know how you find it. A tip is to go a little lighter than you first think! 40SEC is a long interval with short rests. Would love to get 2 videos a week done (1 barbell / 1 dumbbell) but for now on 1/week which isn’t too bad. Keep it up 💪🏼
@@TomPetoTraining it was grate fun. That 30 mins flew by. I did this after kickboxing so I’m incapable of going too heavy 😂 I used 10kg in the first half and switched between 7.5kg and 5kg in the second (my flys are weak 😂) thanks for a grate workout! Can’t wait for the next one 😊

What is the recommended weight range for a 68 kg not so muscly person. Also can this be considered as your shoulders and arms workout for the day by itself?
I always put what I used in the description as a reference to work off. Maybe try 8-9kg dumbbells for heavy section and 5kg for lighter section. Yes I’d be happy doing this as all my shoulder & arm sets for a day. You could always tag on one of my 10min ab workouts to extend the workout 💪🏼
