Marina you are just wonderful, I never get tired of your classes! They are so creative and different from each other....It's impossible to mesure the quality of them, I can appreciate the effort you put into them and you really deserve all the success!
Omg finally i can do the turtle pose, i can notice how muscles have memory and i can enjoy it although i need to get my last condition that im sure that with discipline and with all your creative schedules and new videos practices in this two week it ll be better :)
I have no doubt that you will keep getting better rand better !!!! You practice hard and you enjoy yourself while doing it !!!! That is what matters and what brings results !
I love this type of practice that you record. It forces me to calm down, to settle down, to leave the anxieties of the day outside the mat, to clear my mind. I feel myself breathing to the very end of each of my cells.

Oh thank you very much !!! Balance is hard because balance requires strength and flexibility of certain muscles plus peaceful steady mind and breathing, lots of focus...and sometimes we just do not have that. It is fine. All that matters is that you keep showing up and you take care of yourself and your body and your health !

Hello Sabeene ! Thank you very much for your feedback and kind words ! Turtle pose requires quite some flexibility. A little deeper than wide legged seated fold plus an adde back stretch. It will happen with practice !
Today was a night practice to me, and the feeling of do this flow was great, turtle pose was better than the first time, and I like so so much how calm and peaceful I’m to do to bed, all the schedules work amazing and I still loving your effort to keeping us motivated :)
I really liked the visual part of the practice! It's so different from bright and sunny ones, yet looks so stylish. Colours match greatly and the background is lovely. Real pleasure😍
Thank you very much Galina !!! I remember when I finished shooting this class I was a little disappointed with lightning ...sun kept hiding and coming out from behind clouds so I was not sure it would work out. That is why I appreciated your feedback a lot !

Beautiful practice! Is the first time i try the turtle pose and i like it but need to work more to slide my arms under the thighs, i cant do it completely but hope incorporate it some days can help to achieve it :)

Hello ! Welcome to the channel !!! There are plenty of videos for you S V !! Well.. I always write "beginner" on the thumbnail (cover picture) for the class. Or "gentle slow flow". Then there are also playlists on my channel. Have you seen them ? So there is a playlist for beginners - those videos will be perfect ! Or slow yoga playlist ! And thirdly, every Sunday on my IG stories I release weekly schedules for 3 different level. It will be super easy for you to follow schedules for beginners because I have selected a class for every day for you. You just need to play it and follow along. Finally on October 4 I plan to start a one month yoga challenge with my RU-vid channel and schedules !!! Classes will go from easiest to harder. The class was extremely calm and peaceful, adore how we started with shoulders stretching (definitely must needed). Meanwhile, took a really deep dive into a turtle pose, so I was supposed to ask my boyfriend to help me to get out of that pose... to "release" 😂 how we usually used to say ; but lots of thanks, that was awesome!!!
