This one looks 'easy' - it isn't! This one looks 'basic' - it isn't! I was pouring sweat by the end (the middle, really). Kudos to Coach Kozak and Claudia for starting my year off right!!!
This workout moves so quickly! I love it. When I finished this one last month, I was beat. I had to modify quite a bit, and my stamina was spent by the end. Doing this workout again about a month later, my strength and stamina have noticeably improved! I could do the overhead high knees at the end! Thanks, HASfit!

Coach, thanks for always mentioning the body part being worked it helps so much with mind muscle connection. Also, I so appreciate that when you say 30 min workout you mean it as opposed to half of it being warm up and cool down. Just another thing that sets you appart from others. I am a regular and this was the 1st one I had trouble with.. and that is exactly what I need.... new goal is to stay on point with you coach and complete.. had to take few breaks along the way, legs giving out... so keep these coming.. variety and challenge.. not to mention your motivation... you got this patreon member drenched in sweat... and for that I am grateful.

Hey guys, thanks so much for working a warmup/cooldown into the workout. That paired with some of Claudia's lower-impact moves have made these workouts feel much better on my aching body than in the past. Here's to the long haul!
Ok.... so i rotate some 20 of my favorite routines... by doing so, i dont always remember whats coming, and I underestimated this one! and I love it.. the challenge and the payoff is everything I could hope for.. as always the motivation makes the difference.. keep em coming you two and I'll keep supporting the mission!!!!!!
That was brutal and fantastic. Before your workouts I couldn't get through five burpees, let alone multiple reps between other high intensity moves. I was actually able to dk them because of following your routines for the last four months. You guys have changed my life. Thank you so much! Much peace love and health to you and your family
Yay! A new workout! I really love how it is not just cardio but a total body workout! Thank you always! (Star jumps are my least favorite moves. I'd rather do extra 10 burpees 😆)

Right on time. This is my CALISTHENICS week, taking a break from weights and yes I did this today. It's a killer. The intensity is super and the idea of sneaking in a few Burpees is just awesome. This is a great workout. I have completed and felt that I have done something great for myself. I have to schedule it for my next " No weights week ". Yesterday I did 40 minute Standing Abs+ low impact cardio with no jumping. I used some light weights. It too was awesome. Thanks Coach Kozak and Claudia for making my day. God bless. 😘😊
Wow, the upper body moves really got me after doing upper body with dumbbells yesterday, but I made it through with Claudia :-) I enjoyed the chaos element to mix things up - even though it was burpees!

As long as you guys keep putting out great videos, I'm so relieved! I love working out at home. Tried to go to the gym this morning, they had 1 working treadmill and nothing else. The woman that was on the one working treadmill shot me a snotty look that meant she wasn't getting off any time soon. PLEASE don't go anywhere, and I don't have to go back to the gym to try and get a workout in.
Hi coach, I'm mother of young girls and regular do workouts sometimes I modifie but I'm scared of this workout . But I want to try this one for sure. Thanks for posting good workouts ☺
YIKES. kicked my glutes! Actually, the hard work was the cardio, for sure. This routine is hard on my wrists so i'm subbing out the chaos moves with jumping jacks. Love these videos. thank you!

Thanks Coach and Claudia for the great workout! I think the HASFit app totally needs a new feature where it randomly shouts chaos every so often during the day. I’m sure the kids I teach would get a kick out of me having to do 5 random burpees while I teach 😂
Hi Coach! I am doing the 30 day muscle building program. I have only done the cool down workout when it was mentioned in the specific video Im doing at the time. Is it required to do it after EVERY workout? If so, I have not unless you have said to. Thank you for your response! ^.^
