Don't let the words "low impact" fool you! This workout is a challenge! Thank you for providing low impact workouts for those of us who are not able to do high impact/high intensity workouts at this time. I love it!

I had two heart attacks in 2017 at 40 and 41 years old. Total surprise to everyone, mostly due to genetics. I had a 100% blockage of my right coronary artery and 99% blockage of the left anterior descending artery. I had two stents put into my LAD and my RCA remains 100% blocked but with enough collateral flow to avoid a bypass. Anyway - I have been in cardiac rehab for 3 months and today was the first day I tried a cardio routine outside of treadmill and elliptical machines. THANK YOU for this routine. It was challenging but not so challenging that I had chest pain. The encouragement, especially reminding me why I was here today made me so much more motivated. I would say "heart health!" every time and it really made me push myself without pushing too hard, which is my constant struggle. I know this was a long comment but I wanted to share how important being able to do this workout is to me. 3 months ago I could only walk at 2 MPH for 30 minutes. This made me feel how much progress I have made on my heart health journey!

Wow this is so motivating and inspiring! I had a stroke at 35 and it turned my life upside down! I’m at a good point where I can workout and start from a beginner level. I have a lot of work to do to get back in great shape but I’m willing to do the work! So happy for you and all your progress and wishing you health and strength! Thanks for sharing your story!

I've been doing these HASfit videos for two weeks now during "lockdown" and even though I normally go to the gym, I realise that actually I do more and sweat more using these videos. When the world is back to normal, gym will be for cardio only :). Thanks HASfit for providing free online workouts especially for the low impact users amongst us; it's appreciated so much :)

I love that they keep telling us to not quit but in a positive way (although a part of me sometimes just want to rebel because it hurts like hell 😆 but I'm not a quitter lol) hoping we'll get fit and manage to lose weight these lockdown period though!

Hi Coach and Claudia, I have been using your low-impact workout routines for about a week and a half now, and I can already notice the results. While the scale hasn't budged much, my resting heart rate has gone down and I can already feel myself getting stronger and more flexible at work. This program has been great for me because my bad knees make it difficult to follow most other workout videos. One thing I did want to mention is the language you use in your videos. For me, it is very inspirational to be reminded of my journey, my goals, and the fact that the only person whose fitness matters at the end of the day is me. But when you mention "laughing at those people on the couch" or "if it was easy everyone would be fit" it takes me out of the workout high. Chronic pain from my knees and a lifetime of depression made me one of those people on the couch for many years, and when I hear language like that from fitness instructors it makes me feel shame for taking a rest for my body or prioritizing my mental health for my physical health for a day. I understand that this video is three years old at the time of this writing and that there may not be many other people who feel this way. Regardless, I felt it important to convey these feelings to you. Thank you for the wonderful sessions. Becki

OMG I just completed this one for the first time and I'm so happy that I could complete it, even most the way through with 2kg weights 💪 I wanted to lose weight and get in shape, especially for my wedding reception this month. I was a moderately healthy child , although thick but I was athletic and ran the fastest . I started preparing for my pre MBBS exams and gained around 15 kgs . I am gonna be a doctor soon but what is the use if I am not healthy myself . We are in the era where we are fed so much of unnecessary information which makes us see food as enemy and exercise as something only super humans do . I am gonna start my fitness journey from tomorrow and this is the workout I am going to do 6 days a week with healthy homecooked diet and an even healthier mindset . Does anyone still do these workouts? I found them a little over a year ago whilst I was wanting to lose weight but too self conscious to do any activity outside my house. I switch between this one, the other 30 minute beginner and the 30 minute fat burn and am 102 pounds down!!! When I started I was barely able to keep up with Claudia.. now I’m faster than coach and use two 3kg dumbbells!!!🙂🙂 thank you so much for these videos

This was amazing and the modifications worked great for me. I’m a beginner after having two babies back to back and just getting my life back! Thank you thank you! Will be following along and working hard! Super grateful I found you! It’s 10pm and the babies finally went to bed... I looked at my watch and said to myself “no excuses”! As a runner who spends most of my day sitting and slouching I felt something really missing. I have been loving these workouts! I feel like they are helping me to round out my fitness. I have had fewer issues with pulling things through out the day and have felt the end of day lower back ache almost completely gone. Thank you guys!

I started a diet and fitness routine back in February to help lose weight and gain my strength back, after almost 18 months of inactivity due to surgeries. Shortly into my new program, I broke a bone in my foot and was unable to continue with my daily walking routine. A friend of mine recommended the HASfit sitting workouts to keep me active while I was healing. I was hooked after the first one! I have since moved onto the low impact cardio and HIIT workouts, but I LOVE these videos! I have been able to lose almost 25 lbs and 2 sizes; and my strength has increased ever more dramatically. Thanks HASfit team; I couldn't have done this without you!

I am 20 years old and three years ago I have been diagnosed with a chronic hip injury. I have been playing voleyboll (profesionally) and ever since I have quitted I could never enjoy another exercise. Since the start of pandemic, I have started doing yoga and doing low impact cardio workouts from your channel. Because I can't jump or run, I have to do low impact workout which I have found too boring or not enough challenging for me. Even though your workouts are low impact I have found myself to be challenged and enjoying them! Thank you so much for creating these low impact workouts in an era where you are pressuered to do high-intensity HIT workouts etc... Now, thanks to you I can enjoy workouts without feeling any pain :) I am grateful for this channel, sending love and peace from Turkey xx

Just got done doing this video , I needed something that was low impact because I have a lot of weight to lose and my knees are impacted due to that and I burned over 450 cals and was sweating by the end, which I did not expect . Thank god for RU-vid and this channel .

Started more consistent workouts at beginning of COVID-19 isolation requirements. As a senior my wife and I felt this was the best thing for our health. We are fit and active so are not too limited yet. This workout in particular challenged our balance and coordination.🤪Love the workouts, have the app and are following the beginner foundation. Use You tube for streaming because the app air streaming doesn’t sit in centre of TV screen.

I was 5K runners.. i did it everyday.. since i was contracted coronavirus.. i must deal with neuromuscular problems.. it was not easy for me to regain my streght because of the pain.. my friend suggested me to exercise begin with hasfit for seniors and elderly.. and its a miracle.. i got better strenght in a week.. now i am able to do hasfit hiit cardio low impact for begginers..thank you coach

I've done it, but the last few times, really shakey and couldn't go for very long. So in my mind I see me gracefully chillin on my board (like I see my cousin and others!) That's the Real me I once was and I will be again in my late 50's. I also picture hikes with my grown kids not getting tired and achey. THank you guys!! You're truly changing people's lives. I'm a fairly new subscriber and I love these videos. The constant reassurance and encourangement, the count of calories burned, and that it includes a warm up/cool down is great. I look forward to doing more of these workouts.
