This 30 minute intermediate calisthenics workout is a follow along you can do at home! In this bodyweight strength and mobility routine you'll work your entire body with a variety of exercises designed to challenge your strength and flexibility.
Level up your bodyweight training with this fully body workout that includes pistol squats, press up progressions, and more! I will guide you through the Calisthenics exercises, providing modifications to suit your fitness level, and technique tips making it suitable for beginners and intermediates.

Spent 8 years in the United States Marine Corps. Got out and haven’t worked out since. Finally decided to get off my lazy ass and from behind my desk job and start doing some proper calisthenics. Gotta say, this is some PROPER Marine Corps stuff here. Thanks brother!

49 yr old. I do tai chi regularly, and I started doing other types of excercies recently again, because it is getting more and more important for me to keep muscle mass in this age, so I googled for some home workout plan. I wanted sg that doesn't require weights, because I started doing excercies with smaller, for-home-use dumbbells too and I was looking for a plan for the days when I don't use dumbbells and a plan that would work the deeper muscles better. Your channel was among the first 10 hits, I clicked on you first. I have just finished this routine. In my opinion I gained enough experience to form a judgment and I found your program just appropriate for my goals. Thx!

Hi there... I'm currently on the floor, just finished this workout 🥴🥴. I do gym strength training 6 days a week and decided to incorporate calisthenics 2 days a week. I found this workout and decided to use it for the first month... today was my first try and like I said, I'm on the floor🥴🤣. Excellent workout!!! Thank you Tom. I’m a 58 year old Former pro soccer player with a capital F. I struggle like so many others to workout on my own. And I built a habit of to mentally and emotionally punish myself for not being better disciplined… I finally gave up trying to make my own workouts and pretending I had the discipline to follow through. Knowing I had to do something different (after 8 or so years) I pulled up your workouts on RU-vid and started following. No ego, just surrendering to you and saying “ok, tell me what to do and I’ll do it.” I don’t need or want promises of 6-pak abs or muscle hype, I just want to feel strong again in my body. I’m on day three using your channel and appreciate that it’s not too hard and it’s not too hard. I feel like I can have the experience of achieving rather than experiencing failure. I’ll check in again with you in a few more weeks. Chochi

@@TomPetoTraining I look and more importantly feel like a different person. I now just want to get strong, body weight strong, so I don't need a gym to maintain. After being a fitness instructor all through my 20's if I can do it without a gym great and then there is never an excuse. dude, not gonna lie I wanted to give up after the warming part, been working hard to shed some weight, I went from 310 to now 250. So I wanted to start working out 3 times a week. This video is great and kicking my ass hard, but I like that you dont need anything. Ill keep doing this for a couple month at least, really killing every muscle in my body xD

Awesome job with the weight loss. Don’t try to be perfect, stay consistent, enjoy it but don’t let variable motivation affect your actions.
