I could only do 10 minutes, but I believe that's fine for a beginner. Thank you, Tim, for your videos! Through you, I rediscovered my passion for yoga.
Hi Tim, Thanks so much for all you your classes. I am a Peace Corps Volunteer living in Guyana, and never really liked the yoga classes I took at the gym at home, but since I've discovered Vinyasa and your channel, I've been doing yoga almost ever day! I know some of the other volunteers have really been enjoying the classes too. Thanks again!
Marcella Canelo Oh that't so cool! Thanks for letting me know. Is there any specific requests you have for a new video? (Please post a new comment to answer, instead of replying to this one, so I can see it at the top)
It may have been designed for use first thing in the morning but I can attest to the fact that t his session has the same magic at 2pm on a Sunday afternoon. Thank you for helping stick to my journey of re-awakening my yoga practice. It feels great! Om shanti
Great way to start the day! After all these years of practicing yoga, I still find tweaks that held me get more out of a pose - for example, warrior 2 and side bend - where I should be feeling the stretch, micro-adjustments that improve the pose. Thanks Tim!
Thank you for making these videos available - especially for free! I've tried lots of yoga videos and yours are by far the best. Your instructions are clear and precise, and totally not annoying! Thanks again!
Your practice is much more invigorating than most female you've videos and leaves my body feeling replenished and strong and well worked. Thank you for your video, although its older I still find it very useful!
Really enjoy your videos! I am a dancer and I love taking a break or starting my day off with one of your sessions. I have recommended it to many friends. Very convenient and easy to follow.
I loved this sequence. As a relative beginner, some if it is a bit challenging. The standing twist (with the strap) was really hard as I am still working on balance. The speed and breathing throughout was perfect though. It really woke me up and made me feel good. Thank you Tim!
Tim , thank you so much...I just love your intelligent practices...You are so precise and gentle yet so powerful and most importantly you r inviting and attracting to practice. .. I don't have enough words to appreciate and thank you. :-)
Excellent morning flow class! I have been watching your videos since the beginning of my yoga practice and have enjoyed watching myself progress through your classes. Thank You for sharing Tim
Really needed this, this morning. I've been looking for a yoga flow that isn't too fast for a morning practice or isn't too gentle and this was perfect.
thank you for sharing! I find your videos the most easy and natural to follow, and you allow just enough time to settle in each pose, which makes the whole experience more rewarding. thank you!
Your videos are the best I've seen on RU-vid, thank you. Keeping the workouts 20 minutes or so makes it easy to talk yourself into a second one after the first one gets you fired up. I wonder if you'd be interested in doing a series of short flows that target specific areas for people who want to add a yoga day to their normal workout routine. For instance, legs/core, abs/core, shoulder/back? To balance out muscle groups you may have missed or skipped that week. Thanks again! :)
Thanks for all your great videos! Your clear narration and personality have made my venture into yoga smooth and sustainable. I have a bit of a bum shoulder, but all it really needs to feel good again is some attention. If you have a practice that is a "shoulder opener" like your hip opener videos, I know one person who would love to see it on your page!
Great flow, Tim, love the ascending heat and the gradual cool-down. You manage a lovely thing in this video (that's in your others, too) where you cool us down while keeping things varied enough that we don't get bored. Great stuff!
Loved every minute brother. It s been almost a year since i have been following your videos. I have lost weight and i feel good. Take a Bow Tim Senesi. I request you come up with 25-30 mins classes they are convinient to do! God Bless
Such a fan of your channel. You have such a gift for explaining the nuanced adjustments to poses in a straight forward and calm voice. Thank you so much for the videos! Just one thing though: your hair must have been driving you crazy in this one! If anyone can rock a headband you can ;)
I'm so glad I found you Tim! We have the same body type so it helps me not to over stretch like I would when watching super flexible women instructors. And you always get me sweating! Side note: I was pronouncing your name Tim Sen-sai for a while haha. Namaste dude!
Wau, great practice. I really enjoy your classes, you are a great teacher. Thank you for videos. I would love one class for strengthening the arms (for example for me it is quite difficult do a chaturanga pose...)
xcicadidae Practice them with your knees down until you get strong enough (maybe adding repetitions, if its very important to you). I think everyone struggles with chaturanga, if it makes you feel any better, in my own practice I don't do many.
A Yoga-Class for hips would be awesome. The one you posted 2 weeks ago was great but a longer one would be even better. (rotating hips) Greetings from Germany
Excellent work out and stretching. great stuff Tim... however was fast at few places and became difficult to follow. can you please add some videos with some breathing and meditation into this to make it complete morning routine...
Thanks again. Getting into the flow of this. Still struggle a little with the standing, folding over flat back pose. Not sure if I'm doing it right. Working through the beginner week videos though too :) I really appreciate them.
Souchita Rumon Hi Souchita. I recommend starting from the beginning, with the beginner videos. This will make sure you progress properly in your practice.
Thanks so much for the reply! I talked to some of the other volunteers and we wanted to request a 30-40 min quick cardio flow (similar to this one or even faster) to really get the heart rate up. :)
Thanks for this video, I liked the gentle way to get the muscles warm before doing the morning salutations. Perhaps it would be possible if you could write as a description whether you need a block, massage balls or other assisting materials? It would make it a bit easier to be prepared :)
