I have a hard time running these days with bad knees so I just completed this workout on the elliptical and I’m obsessed. Amazing workout for both treadmill and elliptical if you can’t run due to injury

As an 18yo coming out of highschool and starting uni with years of no exercise, these videos have been a big help to get my cardio on in a fun and challenging way! I appreciate the km/h as thats what we use lol! I've starting to try and push myself at 0.5km higher at as many sections as I can.

🏝️ recently found this channel and have absolutely been loving the treadmill programs. These turned my usually boring and monotonous treadmill runs into something that is so much fun!! I actually look forward to running now. I watched some older videos with the old format, and I have to say, the new graphics and visuals are such a great addition to the workout. So I did this video two weeks ago, wasn’t able to complete the last 3 blocks, I was in my head and going to fast. After doing your November challenge week I learned to slow my paces down and focus getting my mind right and today I completed this video!!! Thank you so much! 🏝️❤

Ooo this one was a tough one! So many long hard runs 🥵 Also just curious- is it possible to have the music as loud as it is in the tempo runs in the other running video formats? I love all of your content but hearing the music is so motivating and helps the workout fly by!
