Enjoyed this. Knee friendly but got the heart rate up. Will do again. Daily squats are too intense for me so I love that they were optional here 🌟

@@Moore2Health I love ALL your workouts 😍😜 To me they’re high-class! Every one of them! This one though - I haven’t done the 30 minutes workout lately, but time flew by!! 💪💪 Maybe I’m a bit reluctant with the 30 minutes when I shouldn’t be? I don’t know… I’m still building up my motivation, since a few months already 😖, the 15-20 minutes workouts help me more to gain confidence again.
