I am not sure cause i never weighted it, and yeah.. you can definitely notice the extra weight while driving, but i gotta say that even with all the extra weight, it climbed steep inclines with no effort.

@@zZGiftedZz it’s pretty straight forward! I just bought some plainwood for the external part, which i then carpeted with adhesive moquette. I used pvc panels for the moving drawer, and some sliding guides i got on amazon.

Well it’s not a bmw M5, but it’s totally manageable! i go at 100, 110km/h, and it’s a more than an acceptable ride sound and vibration wise

Probably with standard suspension it’s better to dont load a lot… but with a proper lift kit you can definitely put a rooftop tent and still tackle harsh trails!

30 kg weight limit from manufacturers is actually because of Center of mass and Center of Gravity, But Cm and Cg does matter when vehicle is moving or cornering . When you are camping , you are in state of rest , not in motion. So don't worry about setting up a tent and sleeping in there. But remember weight of roof rack and tent setup should not disturb Physics of car.

Hi! It’s called rotopax. I bolted the mount to a sort or rope, properly fixed to the spare tyre, and then used the rotopax mount to fix it.

Hi! Basically you widen your stance without using spacers (less mechanical parts, the better) and when you lift your car… better compensate that with a negative et! Thanks!

Car has a sensor based automatic Brake Differential.

@@arjitagarwal007 Yes I konw but is by far very different sensor based that mechanical locking differentials. The first are post active the later are preactive which is by far better. In this video ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-13SZNMDoY6k.html you can see why the sensor based are suffering a lot is extreme off road conditions. Personaly I believe that is worth spending money in mechanical locking rather than other accessories.
