Love these walking workouts. The timer and percentage bar are so colorful. Got 2113 steps in 20 minutes still good.

I never get enough steps in barely hit 2000 a day just from working at home and not moving around. While I ride my workout bike its still not enough but your step workouts really help me up my count and get my HR going. So happy to have found your channel :)))

This was a solide arm workout 😂😂. My arms were burning 🔥 the whole time! Thanks so so so much 🙌🏽👊🏽🙏🏼💓. You’re really amazing!! I thought this one was going to be an easy one, I was humbled!!!! Sweating like crazy thanks to you! I so appreciate it🙏🏼🙏🏼💓

14:10 my fav move haha. I imagine myself in a forest trying to escape using Tarzan like methods 😂😂. Haha not too sweaty for me, 2300 steps, and about 100 cals! Great warm up before a back workout 🤩. Thanks walking workouts queen 🙏🏼💓

For me walking workouts offer the option to do them more powerful or easier to scale the grade of exhaustion :) your pace is really motivating.
