Enjoyed the show. Would definitely disagree on the point nobody wants to watch the Bears on. We are definitely more talked about then the Jets nationally whether we deserve it or not.

Why do we never give young qb’s in bad situations or not great situations any slack? Zack literally didnt have a coherent o-line and outside of Garrett didnt really have a receiving threat. Like there has to be context. Cant just say “Zack sucks at football” or “Zack Wilson is a bust and is terrible” when situations and personnel can literally make or break your career. Now im not saying Zack was great last year, definitely needs some work. But to completely ignore everything else around him is kinda wild.
Zach Wilson is currently a bigger bust obviously. I understand what Joel is saying though. Trey lance would be a bigger bust for the niners if he just gets traded and never plays. Trey lance could be as good of a player on another team and it’ll still be worse because they traded up for nothing. Also the Aaron Rodgers mentorship could make Zach Wilson a much better in a few years.
