hi guys, this exercise really motivates me. And you guys shuld also not give up. The results of this may not seen within just one workout session . So please keep working
okay so I'm gonna try this for a week. Day1: Did it... it was tough. Felt like my shoulders were about to break. Day2: Did it today... it was a bit easier than yesterday.. felt burn on the arm neck and back. Day3: Did it.. but i cant really see any changes yet though. I will still continue and not give up.😊 Day4: Did it... it was easier this time Day5: Did it.. i did 3 sets today.. and i see some changes too.. OMG this is really working guys!!! Day6: Did 2 sets.. and BTW.. i have been doing this with a special diet.(◕◡◕) Day7: Did it.... I AM SOOO SUPRISED... I CANT EVEN BELIEVE MY EYES.. I CAN SEE A LOT DIFFERENCE THAN DAY 1. PLUS I LOST 3kg. Guys.. u should not give up and keep doing it.. and i'm sure u can do this! i will update everyday but please i need your support🥺❣️ Anyway.. people are asking about my diet so i will tell you.. since you have heard the egg diet.. i tried it for upto Day 4. then from Day 5 to 7 had orange juice in the morning for lunch had rice since i was soooo hungry and tired. i needed some energy.. but i ate 1/2 of normal amount i use to eat before. Drank garlic juice. Ate vegetable salad..( can make any how u want) try avoiding chocolate as much as possible. hope it helped✺◟(∗❛ัᴗ❛ั∗)◞✺⚈͒◡⚈͒(◕◡◕)
I will post my process in a week and see if there are any changes :) Day 1: My arms were so tired and that one exercise when you raise your arms up and down literally KILLED ME Day 2: I honestly forgot about this but I remembered again! Exercises 8 and 10 WERE SO TIRING but luckily I did it :) Day 3: The stretches didn’t hurt as much meaning I got used to them, number 8 & and 10 I don’t think I will ever get used to them
I find this routine really useful. I am trying to improve my overall fitness and walking can play a really important part in it. I've recently started walking on the spot, or stepping from side to side, while doing this routine, and for me it works very well. If you follow the beat, you'll get to do 1,200 steps in the 10 minutes while you follow this video. Works for me!

I used to have many workout effecient but never seen this way to do I know many workout but I am fat I used to lose weight but gained easy after that and never back My weight always between 103-99 kg I lost back 2013 to 84 kg and never seen this weight again so.. I wann give a try
Hola, encontré buenos los ejercicios y para obtener resultados hay que ser constante y se supone que así como uno vaya haciendo los ejercicios también el cuerpo va apretando, no tomen en cuenta la foto, solo es un ejemplo para que te animes , todo de pende de ti, la rutina de levantar brazos es muy buena para reducir espalda, no es cosa de un día, se pueden hacer tres veces a la semana o como rutina de ejercicios todos los días eso depende de cada cual.

@@nathalyaguilarmontenegro5638 no, por lo regular se hace un día si otro no y así por máximo de dos semanas después cambia de ejercicios ya que el cuerpo se acostumbra y deja de hacer efecto.

окей, я начинаю делать это 1-день. ✅ плечики горели, особенно тяжело было поднимать руки 2- день. ✅ легко делается, но когда нужно поднимать руки я на 30 секунде останивливаюсь, очень тяжело, в отличии от ног, верхняя часть тела не болит после вчерашнего 3 день, отпишусь завтра)
