Depends on my mood. If I am unusually lazy, I’d do No Repeats so it’s not boring & repetitive. For serious Strength Training, 3 rounds is my favorite. When I am in the mood, I like to mix things up. That would be Cardio & Strength.
I like the side lunge & raise exercise as well as the ski hops. It was a great workout all around! Thank you for all of the effort you put into these workouts to keep us fit and happy!

Heather!! I completed 3.0 on Saturday and jumped right in to this calendar today! I am stronger than I've ever been, thanks to you. I have exercised since 2008 with various trainers and at age 43, you have me lifting heavier than I ever have. I feel amazing!!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart!
@@haleanbar you have rest days incorporated within the 3.0 plan. Rest days are important. Have fun and go for it. I finished 3.0 a few days ago, it was amazing!!

Hi Heather long time follower here. I would like to see separate mobility finisher workouts such as the hip, shoulder, or back mobility moves that were imbedded into a few of the HR3.0 workouts, except as their own workout so they are easy to search and add on to another workout. Thanks!

This workout was a winner!!! Loved the uber compound mvmts. I like no repeats but find 2 repeats means you get the move down first then nail it round 2. 3 is too much 😉
I love no repeats HIIT but à mix up when you use mini bands and weights anyway you are thé expert you know what we need To be in a good shape... You are the best😊👍
It took me a lot of brain power to figure out what I was doing on the last exercise lmao. Overall I really enjoyed this workout though and powering through was really fun!
I love love no repeat. I lost 25lbs doing your exercise for hit workout it encourage some to workout when it is no repeat but strength training the repeat is fine with me. Do you have a meal plan ?
I prefer no repeat but when there are repeats would love the repeats to follow right after each time instead doing one set and then repeat it all over again for the second set.❤hope this make sense ❤😂thx so much Heather love your workouts I feel the benefits.
