Rory is 100% spot on! Listen to him. Back in 2019, I went through a very painful breakup. I took my own life back by focusing on myself and all the things I am grateful for. I also ( as a Christian) put my faith in God and accepted change. Today, thanks to Rory’s advice and my faith, I gained strength, wisdom and courage like never before. I also found an incredible woman who is the love of my life. Take courage my friends and trust me…it WILL get better. Don’t give up! Thanks Rory! And thank you God. Peace y’all!

Been through this more times than I care to remember. Believe this people...your own mind will torture you more than anything. Lean into family, enjoy your time. Stay busy and focus on you. The New Year is a great kick in the ass to help you get unstuck. Good luck to you all.

Ive been a state of “racing thoughts”surrounding the upcoming holidays. It is a one of the most nauseating situations to be in. This is a perfect video for me. I’m in NC three months now and while I’m doing so much better now and i’m trying to move on and detach, I know there’s a part of me hoping she’ll reach out sometime this holiday season. I was blocked randomly during NC tho so…. Also just had to add thx Rory for all the amazing content!! Enjoy your holidays!

I've basically sat in NC since my ex moved out last April to hide me from his rebound. The exception is business exchanges with him picking up his stuff 6 months later... That he was too lazy to do in one go 3 months prior 🤦🏼‍♀️ Love chat and dating guy videos helped me through my breakup last Jan. I'm over it now. I don't want him back, but knowing his rebound will fail from his immaturity is all that's left. While I am curious about him lately, I don't have an interest to message him, or ever. When I think of wanting a relationship, it's with someone new and that time will come when it's meant to for me 🥰

Really curious as what your opinions is on breaking NC after 8 months. We broke up 8 months ago I contacted her one week after that and since then I’ve been gone. Been working on myself, even started going to therapy and I feel like I’ve matured a lot in terms of emotional intelligence. Lately life’s been making me question if I want to keep being NC and not knowing what might happen. As usual I agree with everything that you said and you are 100% right. If you can share your opinion on that it’d be awesome! Thanks Rory and I hope you enjoy your holidays!

While I don't like mind-reading, this can mean that they are "checking the temperature" (seeing where your emotions are at or if you'll answer). The ultimate "why" though is hard to spectulate

Hey Rory...I love you so much :) Thanks for your incredible knowledge. :) 💜 I want to ask something, I am currently going through a tough situation. My partner and I are still in love with one another. But his parents are not accepting me due to different culture. My partner is extremely introvert and tried his 10000% best to convince his parents. However, now they are forcing and pressuring him to marry someone according to their choice. He might soon get married to her after 3 months. I dont understand what to do? Shall I also continue NO CONTACT? Because All Talks have been done with him and Its only getting waaayyy complicated. The more I am trying to talk to him to convince his parents more....the more our relationship is damaging.
