Oh my gosh! I absolutely loved this one! I enjoyed the variety of moves, especially the ones we haven't really done before or not much. I also enjoyed the format. It was nice to have some mat work in the middle of the workout as well as doing some arm work from the mat. Such an awesome workout! 😍

Loved this one. Workouts with too many lunges hurt my old knees so this one was great because it focused so much on the core. Exactly what I needed.

I just got my home gym set up with the TRX. I forgot just how much I love this piece of equipment. I really love this workout... it is challenging but very much do-able. Also love your energy in every one of your videos!
