Ein richtig gutes und forderndes Workout. Ich habe ohne Ankle Weights trainiert, weil ich noch keine habe und trotzdem haben meine Beine beim Toe Reach extrem gezittert. Aber ich habe die Übung so gut durchgezogen, wie ich gerade konnte :) Danke für deine tollen und gut durchdachten Workouts! 🧡

Great workout!! I usually strength train but sometimes I’m feeling spicy on a rest day and like to practice pilates. However, I always incorporate lighter weights into whatever pilates training I’m doing. I love that you do that. I may have overreached by using 2x10lbs weights, as I did have to switch to 8lbs for a few moves, but I definitely feel like I got a workout. Thank you!!!

Thank you Marie!! I really loved that one, it's prob my favorite pilates workout of yours so far. I'm starting to enjoy Pilates in general, and I think that's also thanks to you. This was a perfect full body workout with a perfect balance of movement, strength with light weights and deep core exercises.
