In this 35 min FULL BODY Kettlebell STRENGTH + ABS Workout We Will focus more on controlled and slower movements rather than the traditional kettlebell movements line swings. We will be performing a lot of variation of compound movements such as Squat, Deadlift, Lunges in combination with Push & Pull movements for the upper body. At the End of the workout we will also specifically target the abdominals as the finishing touch.
We will have 35x Movements for 45 seconds long with 15 seconds rest between the movements and a 20 seconds rest after each 5x movements.
