I can only carry as much as 10/15 pounds kettlebells with a lot of effort, but I enjoy your workouts a lot. I'll get to the actual weight as soon as possible. They are challenging and I feel like a champion whenever I finish. My abs are starting to look amazing! Thank you so much!

I truly love your workouts, those without repeats even more :-) I usually get bored with all the trainings very quickly even with the good ones. But yours are best suited for me to stick to it. Love that! Btw. I will be 50 soon, so this is a good time to get in shape again 🎊

Good work. My go-to channel for Kettle bell workouts. I reset my body after an period off of heavy lifting by doing your full body kettle bells. Short and damn effective compared to my usual workouts.
Extremely challenging workout. 🥵I'm still trying to master basic pushups so I couldn't appreciate the uneven ones fully. But I'll get there! I feel super motivated doing your workouts. Thanks for sharing such great content.
I did the workout you uploaded on Wednesday and your channel is one of my absolute favourites 😌❤️ Actually, due to having an eating disorder I cannot lift heavy weights, I only have a pair of 5kg dumbbells but for me it is challenging even if it's so low. I have done so many of your kettlebell workouts with 1 or 2 dumbbells and everything - formatting, music, exercises are perfect. Thank you so much for high quality content ☺️
I tried to be cocky and thought I’d outdo you by taking no breaks in between each set. I did outdo you for the first 3 exercises, then I quit. Now I’m going to sleep for the day.
At first when I started your workout my body used to hate those moves but my mind keeps me pushing upto the last rep but now it become habit of me to wait for your unique style of workout everyday and get tortured (in a good way) ❤👊💪🙏
