Hi Nicole, thank you so much for your videos. I’m been following them since 2021 and they’ve changed the way I view movement. I feel less rushed when exercising, and now focus on form and engagement. However, I think the best part about your videos is your compassion and gentleness. I sense your genuine love for Pilates and yoga as an instructor, and it’s reflected in the community that has been built as well. Nicole! Your workouts are INCREDIBLE! I danced both modern and ballet for 10 years and started doing reformer Pilates when I was 10 with an amazing instructor. With my active background, I always found it difficult to find Pilates workouts that not only were challenging but also included the breath work involved with each movement. That all changed when I discovered your channel! Seriously, thank you oh so much for your consistency and willingness to continue to offer these incredible workouts for free. They are an immense blessing as someone who is in the midst of post partum recovery. @@Emi-km9tc I have not been doing pilates very consistently because I haven’t really developed an exercise routine, but I have read from others that it can definitely give you results. I rarely workout but when I do I always come back to Nicole’s pilates classes. They have helped me a lot mentally and if I start doing it consistently I’m sure it will also pay off physically. This was an intermediate workout but I was able to do most of the exercises and it felt great! Usually, I follow her beginner pilates workouts that are around 20 minutes. I suggest trying those out before doing this intermediate one!

Just hopping into the pilates May calendar, I decided I want to start it alongside my weekly workouts. I love pilates but I always divert and never end up doing it but I found my way back to it. This was really challenging to do but I feel so good after the class. You just have a way to make it calm even though it’s PILATES 🔥 just with the whole video setup, music and your outfits. Appreciation of aesthetics. Thank you for a lovely workout, my glutes and arms are burning for sure!! Sending you and everyone so much love 💕

wooow! I loved the combination of these exercises. honestly, i'm not a glutes-person but to my surprise the standing-resistence-band-variant was exactly what I needed. and the most important thing is that it got my digestion going. those full body pilates workouts are my cure to everything.

Hi Nicole! I discovered your channel a while ago and as a person who has done many kind of sports, I've never enjoyed a pilates workout this much. Your videos help me coping my anxiety which I've been dealing with quite a while. The way you explain every move calmly and not rushing anything calms me down.
