Love that you incorporate Pilates moves throughout your routines. Would like to see more 35-45 minute workouts to increase muscle, cardio, and metabolism.
Am loving your workouts. They are quick and challenging. You're an amazing role model. My balance is improving. My muscles are strengthening. I can't wait till my granddaughter visits to work out with her. I am 70 years, a runner and this is really helping me in every aspect. Thank you.

I love your workouts and have been doing them for a couple years now! Perfect low impact, quick workout that I pair with walking. One suggestion I have is a “next up” preview of the workout. I watch these on my iPad so when I have to get on the floor, I also need to readjust my screen and sometimes we don’t know we’re going to the floor until we have 5-8 seconds to prepare for the next move

Oh wow!! This is another Awesome one🤩 I was sweaty with heavy breath without any jumping 🫣 It was intense but suchaaa feel good one! And special mention to those awesome lovely clues throughout like breathing, keep knees bend while doing upper body realllllly helps cos yeah I tend to forget to breath sometimes (I tend to hold my breath) when the going gets touch 😬😬😬 Thanks Mik for such awesome workouts xx

Yes that was a fantastic all over body challenge - loved it💪👍 I hold light dumbbells on the wall sit & do chest fly exercises so I don’t notice the burn in my quads as much😂 thanks Mikala thought 35mins would be too long but it wasn’t - love the warm up and stretches to cool down😊

I've been working out with you consistently for just over a year. I default to modified on the strength moves a lot, but lately I've been trying the regular moves and surprising myself with the strength I've gained! Thank you! ❤🎉
Love your workouts. I really like that they're slow and controlled, so even when my 2-year-old decides to run circles around me, I can dodge him easily. 😅 I've been following the Winter Workout lately, and I can really feel my muscles engaging. I have gotten noticeably stronger and more toned since I started using your workouts about two months ago. Your narration and demonstrations are easy to follow without being too chatty so we can really focus on the movements. Wonderful job all around, keep up the good work!

Love it. I only have 12 LB weight at home. When I did wide bicep curls and nd two little presses diagonally out are hard for me. Very challenging. I did my best to finish it. Thank you for sharing your awesome workout. This is apartment friendly home workout. Looking forward to watching more of these kinds of video from you.
