✨THE WORKOUT: 35-Minute Upper Body HIIT Workout ✨
► EQUIPMENT: Medium to Heavy Dumbbells. We're using 15-20 lbs in this workout.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔️3 Circuits (2-3 exercises per circuit)
✔️Timed Intervals (perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest)
✔️Repeat Each Circuit x3 Sets
✔️Between Each Circuit is a Push Up + Cardio Push (30 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, repeat x2 sets)
►Workout Outline:
1️⃣CIRCUIT ONE: PUSH (Chest, Shoulders and Triceps)
1. Single, Single, Double Lat Raises
2. Overhead Triceps
3. Burpee + 2 Push Press
🔥PUSH UPS + CARDIO:
1. Push Up + Dumbbell Drag
2. Lateral Shuffle
2️⃣CIRCUIT TWO: PULL (Back and Biceps)
1. Single Arm Row R/L/Double Arm Reverse Grip
2. W-Curls
3. 2 Rows + Clean + Press

1. Push Up + Row
2. Dumbbells as Ladders Double Runs Front/Back + Backpedal to Restart

I did this workout 2 days back. I clicked into the link only to realise in 2 minutes into the session that this one is a burner. Kept on with it and so much happier I did it again. Thank you Lindz and Rach for yet another awesome workout. Love the longer pep talks before the push ups 😅

This is in my regular rotation now. When I started I couldn’t make it to the end with 15lb dumbbells and now I just made it through the whole thing with the 15’s! Thanks for making me strong enough to carry a kid on each hip!

This is DEFINITELY one that was so challenging it's a good gauge of your fitness level...humbles you and makes me wanna take note of my weights, do it again in a couple months, and see how I've improved! Or even like "deadness" level decreased 😂

HOLY BANANAS IS CORRECT! I loved this challenge. I do have a question. I'm 6 months postpartum and I'm still dealing with carpal tunnel mostly in my right hand. Do you have any suggestions/exercise to help heal that?

Such a spicy workout! Way to go! So sorry to hear about your wrist pain I would recommend taking rest to help heal! To reduce pressure off your wrists I would recommend taking planks from your forearms or using weights/yoga blocks!

I’ve been exercising for years via RU-vid videos. I would normally go for the really long, at least an hour, videos. I found your content like two months ago maybe? And the results are the real deal. My arms are looking strong, my legs sculpted. Im going to look into your website for ways to further support you. As a fellow mom of 3 - a six year old, four year old and one year old - the format you have and the results it gives is PERFECT. ❤

hey loved this workout. I couldn't do mountain climbers because my hips hurt so much when I did them so I rewidened and did the marches but any advice for my hip pain. It's like hip flexors.

So awesome!!! Burned about 250 calories. It was great. I loved it. Because of you guys I haven’t rejoined the gym since last September. Wooohooo. I do miss the energy of other people. I’m a huge “wooohooo let’s go!” Person and I draw energy from others. You’ve certainly helped. Hope to workout with a group of NML people sometime. That would be so fun! Maybe an idea for the future…🙌🤷🏻‍♀️💪🏼
