What year from the 370z for the wheels bearing and cv axle ?? I have a 2006 350z

So I just got the kit as well do you know to get the axle nut off cause mine is stuck 🥲 also the new axles does the longer side go on the passenger or driver side

I'm having a hard time getting the driver's side axle in. I have the diff side wedged against the exhaust pipe because I was trying to get the diff in after new bushings were installed. I have the axles on the correct sides, L on driver's side and R on passengers. It almost seems like that's wrong or there was a misprint

They actually go the opposite way, driver side axle on the passenger side and passenger side on the driver side

Are the axles in this kit the same length on both sides?

No, if I remember correctly one side is longer than the other.

Question for you, the hardware kit that was sent with it, were the new bolts longer than stock? When I bought this kit 2 years ago no hardware came with it and the bolts were definitely to short to be considered safe.

The bolts did seem like they were longer yes but I never put them side to side. They did seem longer though.

@@vulcanrush I ended up ordering the whole bolt kit from z1, ended up being almost $90. Have yet to install yet though. They appear to just be linger shoulder bolts(could be wrong on them being called that) With what came stock on the z, I have used those nuts/bolts for a few years now with no issues.

Yes, they’re the same it’s just the 370z ones are stronger.

What torque specs are you using ? The 350 or the 370z axles specs 🤔

Since I’m using the 370z parts, the 370z torque specs is what I did

I believe the large axle nut is supposed to be torqued to 74 Ft Lbs

Whts the difference between 350z an 370z axles!? 🤷🤔

Don’t quote me but I’ve read they are much stronger than the standard 350z ones. But if you decide to do this upgrade you need the axles and hubs from 370z because the 350z axles won’t work with the 370z hubs.
