I was pouring sweat by the middle of this, and then I looked up and saw both of you visibly sweating, so I didn't feel so bad. Great transition and strength flow!

Oh my, this class is wonderful. I always love these kinds of transitions, perfect for both strengths and mobility 🤩. Love the Skandasana to reverse table specially 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤. But oh my, just a second, hmmmm, I LOVE all the transitions actually 🤓🤓🤓. Thank you for sharing and Namaste Emilie 😌🙏🏼

What a hidden gem this channel. Me and my roommates have been flowing along with your videos for a couple of weeks now. Cant’t believe you don’t have more followers! We especially like your clear instructions, challenging creative flows and calming energy… thanks Emilie for posting these - know they’re very much appreciated! This flow almost killed us though. 😅 (But in a good way!!)

@@yogawithemilie No doubt, it was a hard class but the most challenging part was (for me) some of the transitions. I will need to try the class again a few more times. What I really like are the more slower classes though. It is a completely different journey into the state of awareness - once again, thank you for sharing your teachings online
