The mail truck is a 2 sheet build, pay particular attention to the direction of the bends on the side doors, the model is a fun build.

HMS Hood was sunk by the German pocket battleship, Bismarck, in the Battle of Denmark Strait at the start of WWII.

That's right. The Hood was British, therefore had HMS designation.

The KMS Bismarck was a proper battleship and the HMS Hood was a battlecruiser. The “pocket battleships” that you referred to were ships like the KMS Admiral Graf Spee.

In case you hadn't seen it yet: there are some new IronStar models on MMZ. One of them is Neuschwanstein Castle and oh my lord is it gorgeous. Really puts Metal Earth's and Microworld's to shame. Hippo-Hobby also has some new IronStar racecars that I haven't seen anywhere else. It's a shame their stuff is in so few stores :\
