Sounds like your in NC I live in the triangle just bought my 05 GT for $3800 been binge watching your channel since video one. I'm going to install the same turbo kit on my stock motor but only run 6psi so she lives for a long time. And one day I'll find a spare motor to fully build and turn the boost up
Yeah I’m in the Charlotte area. And thanks for watching the videos I should be posting more when my internals finally show up. If you do get the kit keep the boost low like you said or you will end up like mine lol
Make sure you cap off the lower pcv port on the intake. Otherwise you are putting boost pressure into the crankcase. I noticed that on your previous set up👍

Throw in some boss 302 rods and weisco pistons. You can safely make 600 on that setup with the stock crank. That's my setup with a on3 kit, works well and is cheap
I was thinking of doing that but I’m just throwing a stock block back in and turning the boost down to 10 psi. I’m on the hunt for another block to build on the side and swap in at the end of the year
I’ve already put another 4.6 in for now but I’m on the fence I’m thinking about doing a gen3 next winter after this race season and I get my garage built
