- either on the bed or on a mat,
- for 2-3 minutes each

nice steps you are showing. These are helping tools and not necessarily any Yogaasanas or exercises. Elderly people most of the time think that this is not their cup of tea to do aasans and kasrat/exercises. But working as per your showing steps that mindset will not come in their thinking and deep down hidden ego also would not come in the way! :-D Goof job, Rujuta ji.
