RICE COOKER LECHE FLAN
Ingredients:
10 large egg yolks
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
1 can (300mL) condensed milk
6 tbsp sugar
*Optional:
1 calamansi juice and zest
1 tsp vanilla extract
*You can add the calamansi juice and zest kung mejo nalalansahan kayo sa pure yolk leche flan and add vanilla to add more flavor
*Pwede niyo din i-steam yung flan sa regular steamer with low heat, make sure na low simmer lang yung water bago isalang (not boiling) para mas smooth yung flan (walang bubbles and ruffles)
*Pwede niyo din i-caramelize yung sugar all at once with a few tablespoons of water
JELLY FLAN | LECHE GULAMAN
Ingredients:
FLAN
8 egg yolks
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
1 can (300mL) condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
JELLY MIXTURE
4 cups water
1 pack (25g) yellow unflavored Mr. Hat Gulaman
1/2 cup sugar
(sugar for caramelization)
* This recipe makes 6-8 medium standard sized llanera depending on how thick you want to make
NO BAKE BANANA FLAN
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/4 cup cornstarch
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
5 pcs medium sized, ripe bananas (lakatan)
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 egg yolks (reserve egg whites)
1 tsp vanilla
Leche Flan:
10 egg yolks (reserve 3 egg whites)
1 can (370mL) evaporated milk
1 can (300mL) condensed milk
White sugar for caramelization
Meringue:
Combine reserved 3 plus two egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 cup sugar
Pans used:
Mamon molds
7x3x2.5 loaf pans
MANGO GRAHAM FLAN
Ingredients:
(For 4 tubs of graham float with leche flan)
Leche Flan:
10 large egg yolks
1 can (375mL) evaporated milk
1 can (300mL) condensed milk
Sugar for caramelization
Mango Graham Float:
2 packs (250mL) all purpose cream, chilled
1 can (300mL) condensed milk, chilled
1 medium sized mango, diced
1 pack (200g) graham crackers
4pcs (750mL) tub container
