Day 2 in the woodyard doesn't disappoint. The continued grind of getting the woodyard ship shape before winter comes. I edited the video incorrectly. Sorry about that! Created by InShot:inshotapp.page...
Hello Richard! The closed sign is working, I think? Maybe I’m just getting lucky? Got a lot of wood out of those biggins. I think it’s worth it, just not all the time 🤣 Take care my friend!
Hello Brian! Thanks for the kind words. Just having some fun and getting excited about it. Appreciate your support and for watching. Means a lot to me. Take care my friend. WST
Hello Mr. Lacy! I am very sorry to see you come up short. Here is your consolation prize……. 🔧. It fixes anything, except numbers. 🤣 Appreciate you watching and supporting the channel. Take care my friend.
I am loving this series. I agree that the sweat equity is being lost. As a good friend who I lost on a motorcycle ride used to say, there is nothing like that next day good hurt. Great stuff!
Hey Woody!! How goes it brother! I’m glad you are enjoying the series. It has been a fun time in the woodyard. Not a ton of variety, but I try to make it up in my limited communication skills 🤣 Sorry to hear about your friend. Sounded like a wise man. Thanks for watching! WST
Hello Del! Hope you and the wife are doing well. Lots of wood for sure! There are a lot more of those to get after to make the firewood inventory grow. Take care and thanks for watching!
Hello Jeff and Wife! I had to include her. It’s a lot of work, but I yields a lot of great firewood indeed. Appreciate the superfolis comment. Take care you two!! WST
WOW, HAY I GUESSED WRONG🌵 NICE WEATHER YOU GOT THERE🥶 THOUGHT I SAW A LITTLE RAIN IN THE WOODYARD, AN SWEAT ON THE BROW. THIS LAND GAVE YOU WOOD, IT'S TIME TO SPLIT IT NOW. IT'S BEEN A WORTHY LESSON, AND I'M GLAD YOU SHOWED ME HOW... RAIN IN THE WOODYARD, SWEAT ON THE BROW... 🥵 STILL FRICKIN' HOT HERE, AT THE DOORSTEP OF HELL... WELL, YOU KEEP PUSHIN' ON MIKE... PEACE... 😎✌
If you are on the doorstep of hell, I must be on the doorstep of Dairy Queen! Rain during the video and snow later that night! I got a little preachy on the work ethic, but it was in my mind. It matters to me and the future generations. Thanks for watching as always. Take care my brother! WST
Hello Larry and Robin! Glad you like the bibs. They are cozy and safe. I am a gluten for punishment. The channel wouldn’t be called WST if I wasn’t. I know it is not sustainable for the long term. So, if I do continue to get these behemoth rounds, the right equipment will be considered. Working up to it. Thanks for watching!
Hi Don, thanks for watching and enjoying the vid. The closed sign is a must. Especially if you have tools and skills others are in need of!!! Take care my friend! WST
Daniel, you nailed it. I figured you had the best chance since you see rounds like this all the time. Had some rain and it ended up snowing some that night. Take care my friend.
Hello MSOH!!! Very happy to hear you are liking the mini series. It’s been a LABOR of love to say the least. Getting a lot done as you can see. Congrats to the wife. By the way, the winner has to come help me move the stack 🤣🤣 Appreciate you both! Take Care! WST
I agree about the younger generation not appreciating hard work! Unfortunately it's largely our generations fault, we did not make them do anything. So they filled their time with video games. I do quite a bit of business with the Amish and they don't have the same problem.
Hi Harry P! I agree with you that our generation has blame in the future generation(s) development. I can only hope there are enough good hardworking young men coming up that carry the torch. I also have Amish in my area. A lot of things can be learned by their way of life. No doubt about it! Thank you for commenting on this topic. I wasn't sure how it would be received. Take care my friend! WST
Hi Andy! That is awesome. I had to look it up just to make sure. That’s a great charity. How long have you belonged to NASA? Appreciate you watching and commenting. WST
Hi Jerry, I travel for my job and I am not always home every night. My wife has to be able to handle the wood with no issue. That is the biggest reason. The other reason is drying. They dry faster the smaller I break them down. Appreciate the comment!
Hey Jerry, I’ll have another video very soon on another reason I split down my wood. Just look for another boiler video in the next week or so. It will sum it up pretty good. Glad you are enjoying the videos. I really appreciate you commenting. I enjoy the conversations. Take care! WST
