Thank you so much and you do not know how impressive it is for someone so big to stay connected and still comment/like on your viewers' comments. I very much needed these for volleyball, thank you!
so practically the whole workout : 180 degree jumps 5x15 jumps knee to feet jump, jump and bring knees up 5x10 one leg squats (one leg goes behind not pistol squat) 5x15 (can add dumbells) squats 5x15 lobbing to self 5x10
I tried pistol squat and guess what, I’m floating in the air baby! I’m only 5’10”. I tried to dunk in game once and I did it perfectly against a 6’2”. 😂
No, man. I’m just a regular filipino. Some guys here that are also monster taught me pistol squat. If you watch any Phil. Basketball Association, only the rich and famous can play in such team even in the Philippines’ Basketball Team. Most Filipinos play ball because twice or thrice a year there’s a basketball league. And every day is a grind day.
Nice, I'm 5'7 and could dunk when I was young , just because of hard training every day after school. Now I'm 40 and can't even touch the rim but close. Now I'm motivated to train hard again :) greetings from Austria 🇦🇹
You've been inspiring me since I follow you.I'm totally sure that you'll find your exact value. You're pushing me up for bigger goals.Keep it up on this way,Mr.Crutchfield.We appreciate your perseverance.
Another banger vid bro!! U are my inspiration for jumping , Im also 5'8 but I can barely dunk on 9 feet! Thank yoi for all the exercises, they've helped a lot so far... Hopefully I'mma be able to jump somewhat like u someday!! Keep inspiring people!!
I am actually 6 foot 1 and i cant really jump that high.. seeing you jump high like that motivated me yo jump higher.. i really hope that your exercices will help me
David Andrawes I don’t know how high you can jump or how tall you are but I do no that your gonna dunk soon because of your attitude and mentality that’s key.
A rule of thumb for keeping your balance naturally [also for drawing a figure that looks like it's balanced correctly]: put your head above your foot if only one of them is on the ground. of course, there are exceptions like throwing a roundhouse or side kick and other things of that nature, but for the purpose of stretching your quads and/or doing 1 legged squats, put your head above the foot that's on the ground.
Trying to jump higher for my volleyball team as I’m pretty short compared to my other teammates but I’m going to try to get a killer jump from this video though thanks a lot 👊
How long did it take him? Cause I’m scared if I don’t see any results even tho I’m doing them right. I’m a week and 4 days. When did he start see progression?
Just a few tips, go deeper when doing squats also go deeper with the one leg deadlift (ye, the one you call one leg squat is actually a deadlift) . The last 2 exercises you can both do them with dumbbells/barbell, last thing, you should do less reps because for jumping higher u need to work on power not resistance.
