4 MIN TABATA LEG & BUTT WORKOUT | FAT BURNING | NO EQUIPMENT
New Video with some exercises targeted towards your leg & butt with no equipment.
Fat burning workout : Burn FAT in 4 minutes.
Tabata music is made to give you strength and motivation.
Training Pattern:
Workout hard for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Complete 8 rounds
You push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. This is one round. You'll complete eight rounds of each exercise. Repeats the sets for 3-4 times according to your stamina. However this is specially made for the beginners and can easy try it at home only using the body weight.

I love your videos with such an intense and enjoyable workout, i wanted to ask you that what type of shoes should I purchase while doing Tabata, coz have tried many but they slip on the floor. So could you please suggest coz I am a freek and a determined person who love to do along with your videos.

HIIT training shoes do incorporate special features like a high rubber midsole and added friction protection across the upper midfoot and toe areas. So there are many Cross-Training shoes specifically for HIIT from different companies in market.We would suggest to get Reebok HIIT Women's Training Shoes if it is available in your area.

Wow 1 hr plus? 1 round is 4 minutes plus, meaning you are doing around 20-25 rounds? Probably not tabata but more of an interval training 😅😬

Take 8 rounds as 1 set and do it for 3 sets. You will be burning more calories.
