The Fitologists are back with another fitness video. As we have been always targeting people who want to loose weight and simply workout from home, we have created a routine those people. No weights needed, all we need from the viewers a small workout space in the room and your commitment. The list of the exercises are as follows:
1. Kneeling to Squats Jumps
2. Double legs thrusts
3. Toe Touch Plyo Lunges
4. Heel Touches
5. Sumo to Side Lunges
6. Shoulder Tap
7. Half Burpees
8. Plank Twists
Each exercise in a given Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but it's likely to be one of the longest four minutes you've ever endured. The structure of the program is as follows:
Work out hard for 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
Complete 8 rounds
You push yourself as hard as you can for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds. This is one set. You'll complete eight sets of each exercise.
You can do pretty much any exercise you wish. You can do squats, push-ups, burpees or any other exercise that works your large muscle groups. Kettlebell exercises work great, too.

Sweatsome ❤️❤️😘😘 thanks 🙏 Could you tell the pattern in which it has to be done like how many sets or a mix? I usually combine walk/cycling with 2 of your 4min tabata routine followed by sun salutations.

Try this 4-minute routine for 3-4 sets, 4-5 times a week, with a rest period of 1-2 minutes between each set. Moreover, please focus on healthy eating habits for optimum results.

after you finish your workout do cooldown yourself by incorporating static stretching. we do have stretching video in our channel too do check it out.

Schedule a workout plan, 4-5 times (3 days high intensity or tabata, 2 days for core n arm/leg conditioning) a day n take care of your diet (less fatty, sweet stuff and deep fried food). Hope that helps. It works for me (71 kg drop to 62.3kg in 4 months just purely from workout). Just sharing.

Fantastic workouts. I just wanted to say that their is a spelling mistake on your intro. The correct spelling is lose not "loose" for lose weight. :-)

Great motivational music/background speaking BUT why does the music go in and out? Why does the speaker not match the folks working out. Am I supposed to listen to the guy counting down or start when ppl start and just watch the vid to see when they stop? Ugh I was so pumped in the beginning of this vid but was disappointed by the middle/end. When I work out I wanna hear commands not have to watch the screen while I’m doing the exercise. All they need to do to fix this is correct the audio so it matches when the ppl are working out and don’t take the music away during the workout period.

Sorry but a Tabatha Session should be consist of exercises where you can go all out within 20 seconds. This will not be possible with exercises like shoulder taps or plank twists.
