Samahan niyo ako kasama sila Coach Jim at Toni Saret para gumalaw galaw at mag-exercise! This 4-minute special exercise will be focused on stability. Mahalaga ang balance workout para matulungan ang mga kasu-kasuan at makaiwas o maka-recover from injuries.
Ang kailangan niyo lang ay water bottle or any container with weight depending on your fitness level to start the exercises! Madadaling movements lang ito na pwedeng pwede niyong sundan at home.
This is also perfect to know kung alin ang inyong mas dominant leg (left or right). You can repeat the movements sa non-dominant leg para ma-improve ang balance at strength in both legs!
Remember: Do each of the steps for 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds in between and breathe!
