Is this the best power yoga workout in 2022? I would say yes, as I am dropping sweat from this exercise and I had to struggle in the end🤣.I have been doing your sessions since a few years now and they never disappointed. Thank you Tim !😊

Thank you for a great class Tim! I appreciated that it was extremely challenging physically but could easily be modified for someone who isn't advanced in yoga. I particularly enjoyed the heavy wrist-focus in the beginning!

Hardcore! Great wrist workout (especially nice for long-distance cycling). Loved the challenge of posing on the front of the feet, that was a new one for me. "Rocking into crow" (already tried R&B and Hip Hop loll) - I can always count on your for a chuckle in the early morning . Also that was some serious ab work toward the end with the low boat poses. I think someone else mentioned, you said you were going to be completely quiet in shavasana but I am very glad that you were not - I prefer a little light chatter - I did this at 4:30am this morning and I likely would have sank back to sleep in shavasana without your comments. Take care, great strong creative session - thanks, Tim! 🙂

Really nice challenging one! You started the last meditation announcing you were going to be quiet, but guided us through it instead. I must say I prefer to be guided because otherwise I fear I may fall asleep!

I love the "I am going to keep completely quiet " during the lying down meditation & then you proceed to chat all the way through to the end. :-D - (I have not done yoga for a month or so, running and hit classes instead,) and I found this so hard to day x, Thank you.

Very challenging workout! I loved it! On the pose in sitting where you put your hands down and lift your bottom up, I found that my arms weren't long enough to allow me to lift (note the issue was not that I was not depressing my scapulas, I'm a physio and am well aware of how to do that action). So, I used fists and then was able to do it. Just thought I would mention that in case other people have the same challenge.

I broke my collarbone about a year ago and even though I practise daily and went through physio I can still feel pain and restrictions, both strength and mobility wise. This class was amazing strengthening work for the shoulders. Thank you so much! For all the videos so far, not just for this one.

Hi Tim. Great class, thanks. Do you have a short video on yoga you could do at your desk? Like a 5-10 minute "office break" for the folks that sit in front of a computer in a chair all day? Maybe some breath work in there to clear the head?

This was a great class. I didn't want to do class today but I am glad I did. I must admit though, I am not a fan of doing planks on curled toes, but I guess it is something to get used to. Thanks again

Sheesh, I didn't expect such core/ab workout but I'm glad I finished the whole practice! however, instead of going straight to Shavasana I did some Sarvangasana before. Thanks Tim, always top quality practices 🙏
