*40 MIN Strength workout Dumbbells
Remember: we all are different, so are our levels of fitness. Make every single workout YOUR OWN. It is really important to make sure to maintain a proper form while exercising. Feel free to modify some exercises (such as slowing down, no jumping etc.) or rest some more if you need to.
▸ time: 40 Min + warm up & cool down on top
▸ equipment: 4x pairs of Dumbbells are recommended (mine: 2x 9kg, 2x 5 kg),
▸ muscles worked: full body

00:00 - 01:16 | intro
01:17 - 06:30 | warm up 30 sec each
06:32 - 31:19 | circuit 1: upper body 45 | 15 sec
31:45 - 43:41 | circuit 2: lower body 45 | 15 sec
43:42 - 46:57 | finisher: lower body 30 sec each, no rest
47:04 - 51:24 | cool down 30 sec each

I was confused too! Maybe she’s thinking the actual work doesn’t feel as long for us when the beeps come earlier. She’s incredible as a trainer so I’m following her rules. Lol

I’ve done a couple with the 5secs now - didn’t like at first but have got used to it now - yes the work doesn’t feel quite as long! 😊

Once again - I love your good mood, your personality and the variety of your workouts. Without you as a person behind it it would be only half the fun. Ich trainiere heute auf den Tag genau seit zwei Jahren nur mit deinen workouts und das täglich! Es wird einfach nicht langweilig 😅 Im Gegenteil man entwickelt sich mit dir weiter! Liebe dieses workout - wie jedes andere davor auch! Wenn ich abends meine sneak Peak (wenn möglich) mache, dann freue ich mich bereits so sehr auf den nächsten morgen, dass das aufstehen meistens gar nicht mehr so schwer fällt um 4.00 Uhr 😅 Danke für all die wunderbaren Starts in den Tag! #eberydaywarrior P.s. Ich verstehe nun warum man gerne barfuß ein workout macht, selbst mit Gewichten ❤😊 Deine Matte ist ein Traum und das Gefühl des Stands hat man barfuß noch einmal mehr 🎉😊
