I’ve been training my legs and glutes heavy in the gym for 8 years but this made me shake so much🙂‍↕️ loved it though!!

Hey everyone :) I hope you enjoy this pilates workout where we focus on the entire lower body 🍑 The booty band adds extra resistance, but you can definitely do this workout without it as well if you don't have one! I hope you enjoy the burn 🔥🔥

WOW! I have to repeat myself, but on this channel, I found another best workout ever! Luckily it's a different category so I'm OK. 😇 I loved it! The pace, the sets, very challenging but ordered in a way that you can just make it through with some serious burn. It's one of the best leg+booty workouts I've done and definitely best when it comes to combining pilates moves and resistance bands. 🤠 Thank you, Nathalie, and PLEASE, MORE! 💛

Awesome session. My glutes were in fire which barely ever happens. I am a runner and have weak glutes and hip. Thank you this , much appreciated.

Very intense lower body workout. I struggled a bit on the side sequences, as my booty was already in fire. and burning However, I'm proud of myself for being able to do the entire session. Thanks once again for your sweet voice and ferme cues.
